why is this last 15% taking so long?

Absolutely! That is VERY Fishy
All night long the percentage of precincts in for the Dems was AHEAD of GOP. That makes NO sense whatsover when you know that they started at the same time and that Dems had a totally different dynamic. In the Dems case, if a candidate had under 15% they would have to go to another candidate.
I was just about to address that....
Curious how the Republican part of the caucus is an in and out straw poll style caucus. The democrats are the one's cajoling as CNN put it? What gives? Anyone know what could be taking so long?
