First they came for Ron PaulSubmitted by bobbyw24 on Mon, 01/16/2012 - 08:16
I'm talking about the forces of political correctness.
Though Ron is perhaps the least emotional politician ever to emerge on the nation stage, politically correct left-wingers like radio host Marxist Levin attacked him because of some un-p.c. statements buried in some ancient newsletters.
Now the p.c. crowd is after Pat Buchanan.
Buchanan's crime? He discussed in print the question of whether it is advisable to accept huge numbers of immigrants.
Polls show a majority of Americans tend more to his view than the view of the MSNBC execs who got their panties in a bunch over this. But that's beside the point.
The point is that if you want to have an interesting TV show, you need to let the participants address any issue they wish in any manner they wish.
