We’ve been following the Republican presidential bids for 2012 and although Mitt Romney may now have won the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire primary Texas congressman Ron Paul has been hot on his heels. Ron Paul took third and second respectively in those votes and with the South Carolina primary coming up this weekend he is still in a favorable position.
We have noticed in our many posts about the presidential that Ron Paul commands avid support in a way that none of the other candidates seem to. He appears to inspire real loyalty among his supporters in a way that many politicians just don’t and as such we are fascinated in his part in the GOP debates and campaign trail. The good news for Ron Paul followers today is that a recent poll shows him in tied second position at the moment in South Carolina with the vote due on Saturday.
