Mark Levin: Ron Paul’s interpretation of the Constitution not always accurate

Radio talk show host Mark Levin says he couldn’t vote for Texas Rep. Ron Paul in the general election even if the Texas congressman were to win the Republican nomination.

"I don’t think his interpretation of the Constitution is always accurate,” Levin said.

“I don’t believe in secession. I think that was resolved by the Civil War. A number of people around him, including Professor Thomas D. Lorenzo, are real [President] Abraham Lincoln haters — written a whole book on all the problems with Abraham Lincoln..."

The great one

Marxist Levin. To him, he is god and Reagan is Jesus. Ah. The great one.... behind some of the biggest piles of garbage on radio.

Good thing we don't want his

Good thing we don't want his whiny ass endorsement any way.

If you walk blindly through life, you will run into a lot of walls.

Book bomb

Book bomb coming up....time to piss on Mr. Levins parade

Levin is an Arse Clown

He is losing fans and ratings over this. He may think its because people are leaving the air waves but this is his error. This election is doing more to cause people to see just what a bunch of establishment clown we have both on the right and the left.

We are bringing a R3volution of ideas and WE ARE WINNING. This contest is far from over ... if we can take Cali and Texas we have the nomination.

Lets keep fighting ... Hard.

"I don't believe in secession!"

You must have...ENTIRELY...forgotten the words of the Declaration of Independence, then.

And my Ass of the Day award goes to Mr. Levin - congratulations, sir!

So Levinstein's logic is

that if Ron runs third party or doesn't endorse Willard then Levinstein will work to defeat Rand in Kentucky. (as if he carries any weight with Kentuckians) But if Ron is the nominee than Levinstein will NOT endorse Ron...i.e. the GOP nominee? is this guy looney toones? What an a-hole.

Spare me

And we being subjected to his opinions here because...?

some people are either too dense, or don't realize that Levin is a bought and paid for shill.

"One of the subsidiaries of Clear Channel is Premiere Radio Networks.

Premiere Radio Networks distributes a whole host of conservative talk radio shows. Everyone in the conservative world knows names such as Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck. Clear Channel also controls some other conservative talk radio hosts (such as Michael Savage and Mark Levin) that are not part of the Premiere Radio family."

I really wish people would stop dragging this BS up on our front porch. It completely undermines the efforts of the "super brochure" bringing in new registered voters to the DP.

He's a Democrat so are a lot of the rest of the Talk Show.

We know the influence of Bain Capital in Clear Channel. When I tell people about this it blows their minds.

Mark Levin's vile hatred...

...for anybody that disagrees with him on or off air, especially Ron Paul, emanates out of every fiber of his being; and it has driven me away from listening to his show.

You know when Solomon warned us in the OT, "Make no friendship with an angry man; and with a furious man thou shalt not go: Lest thou learn his ways and get a snare to thy soul"(Prov. 22:24,25)", I think he had just this type of person in mind.

Similarly, ever since I heard Rush Limbaugh defending drone strikes killing innocent Afghan civilians and trying to say that in the good old days we killed civilians on purpose during wartime, I can't stomach listening to him.

Similarly, Hannity being a lap-dog of Levin's and engaging in shameful tactics of trying to take Dr. Paul out at the knees with those newsletter distortions has driven me away from him (among other things.)

If these talk show hosts keep it up, they are going to drive large segments of their audiences away and shoot themselves in the foot when their ratings take a hit. I hope they're hit hard by that for the vile hatred they spew.

My response on THE DAILY CALLER

"Any people, anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the
right to rise up and shake off the existing government, and form a new
one that suits them better. This is a most valuable, a most sacred
right, a right which we hope and believe is to liberate the world. Nor
is this right confined to cases in which the whole people of an existing
government may choose to exercise it. Any portion of such people, that
can, may revolutionize, and make their own of so much of the territory
as they inhabit. More than this, a majority of any portion of such
people may revolutionize, putting down a minority, intermingled with, or
near about them, who may oppose their movements."

Abraham Lincoln, from a speech to the House of Representatives, Jan. 12, 1848.

"Might doesn't make right," Mr. Levin. Had Gettysburg turned out differently, Lincoln and his gaggle of "Radical Republicans" would have been hanged as traitors, and deservedly so.

So troubled by civil war politics that he can't vote to save the constitution...how sad

Lets see if he keeps this up when Ron paul does win the nomination, lets see how many of them keep this up. They will lose the last half of their audience if they do. The first half will abandon them after it comes down to a two man race and they endorse Romney over Paul. This is great news. Their curtain of respectability depends on us not having a non-establishment choice. Fight hard soldiers, we must win this nomination. We must.

At the end, he said

he would vote for Orange Juice against Obama. So, I guess . . .

Guess Levin wants to bring back the Soviet Union, too.

What a putz.

Hey!He's that Shitzu I saw

He's that Shitzu I saw in Ron Paul's ad!

Sniveling little bitch!

"That was resolved by the civil war"

since when did violence make things right? Imagine this:

Person 1: I think I should be free

Person 2: No you are my slave

then person 2 punches person one in the face and walks away.

next day

Person 1: I think I should be free

Person 2: Didn't we resolve this yesterday when I punched you in the face?

"Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master."
- George Washington

I agree with and like your logic!

If Hitler had won WWII, does that suggest that Nazism would be correct? According to Levin, then the answer is yes.

Cuimhnigh orm, a Dhia, le haghaidh maith.

I liked that...

lol... :)

In the mind of person #2, of course it is resolved, he already punched #1 once in the face... A second one would just be for kicks... lol

posted there;

Congress has legislated against the people repeatedly. Yet, Levin says nothing about these unConstitutional and treasonous actions.

The Federal Reserve Act
Only gold and silver to be used as legal tender
The War Powers Act
The Patriot Act
The National Defense Authorization Act
All Foreign Aid
Social Security, Medicare, & Medicaid

Levin is a SELECTIVE Constitutionalist, which is the worst kind. He picks and chooses, those parts of the Constitution he likes and conveniently omits the parts that he does not like.

Paul not supporting the GOP

Paul not supporting the GOP nominee is BAD. Levin not supporting Paul if GOP nominee GOOD? I love the hypocrisy.

So now Paul's view of the constitution makes him UNSUPPORTABLE but Romney's view on individual mandates (clearly unconstitutional), all of the candidates’ unconstitutional view that the executive can declare war, Gingrich's support for the idea that the US constitution is outdated, and Santorum's idea that the Constitution allows for government to instill a majorities values on the minority is all OK?

This guy is a H A C K T O O L.

Levin's Logical Conclusion...

“I don’t believe in secession. I think that was resolved by the Civil War..."

What he saying is that if we lost to the British when we tried to seceed in 1776, then the issue of our secession was settled, and we thus had no right to try to seceed in the future from this oppressive regime. W.R.O.N.G!

levin is a hack

his hatred for real liberty is plain to see.

he is worse then that. He

he is worse then that. He says all the things that sound good, but doesn't mean any of it. He is a wolf, in Liberty's clothing.

I bet he hasn't even read The

I bet he hasn't even read The Real Lincoln.

Saying the Civil War "resolved" the issue of secession is like Person #1 saying the sky is green, Person #2 says the sky is blue, so Person #1 hits Person #2 over the head with a brick... therefore: The sky is green.
