Ron Paul Killed the Radio Star

The song "Video Killed the Radio Star" was the first music video played on MTV. And look at how huge MTV has become since. Let's hope the song has the same effect on Dr. Paul's campaign.

Mr. Huckabee

Mr. Huckabee, it is only honorable when it is your own life that is being put on the line. Don't speak of any honor by way of using our troops to prop up your image.

If you were using a friend's kitchen without their permission, and then you accidentally broke one of their best dishes, they might allow you to help them pick up the pieces. But then, while you are doing that, you accidentally break even more of their dishes while helping them pick up the first pieces. Eventually, they will have had enough of your ineptitude and would just tell you to get the heck out, so that they can do the job right.

Sometimes it is the right thing to do to just get out of the way, and let them pick up the pieces themselves, even if in the short term it will be a little more work for them than they had ever asked for.

Pretty darn good

The point of this nice little video is that these things can have an impact, and they do. I don't know if it will be as widely circulated as Ron Paul: Stop Dreaming, or some of the other videos, but it's nicely done and is an attention-grabber.

It is SO much better than some of the boring commercials I have seen, and there are some very touching moments here. I don't know if I would have ended with a distraught-looking Giuliani, but hey, who am I to quibble? It's a nice piece of work !

Whoever made it - make some more! You have talent!
