No long faces Ron Paul supporters!

Gingrich beating Romney in South Carolina is actually a good thing for Ron Paul. The delegates are getting all split up and it's going to be very difficult for Romney, or anyone to get enough, which could result in a brokered convention. Santorum will be dropping out soon as he has no money or organization to continue much further and isn't even on the ballot in 4 states. Gingrich, who is also missing from the ballot in 2 states, is going to split votes with Romney and take delegates away from him as Paul continues to pick them up little by little.

This race is a marathon, not a sprint. The campaign has a plan. They have money, organization, and grassroots support in many upcoming states like Nevada, Missouri, Maine, Minnesota, Louisiana, Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota, etc. They never expected to do all that well in South Carolina or Florida, so this doesn't hurt his campaign much at all. He will be in the race all the way to the convention and possibly steal the nomination.

The longer the campaign,

the more dirt that comes out on everybody. Ron Paul is the most consistent candidate. This has become an "anybody but that guy" race. Santorum dropping out will make Ron Paul look even better. Gingrich? Hah! A DC insider who has been all over supporting whoever pays him? Romney? Even more all over the place. We don't know what he will think next.

Ron Paul will do way much better in Nevada. He will blow Gingrich out of the water. And then in the next 4 states. Ron Paul has had offices in those 5 states for months now. Plus, they're all caucus states, and you need motivated people to vote for you. Republicans are reluctantly voting for Gingrich and Romney. They won't come out and vote as much as Ron Paul supporters. Ron Paul has a chance to bring this around in early Nevada.

EXACTLY

EXACTLY

Liquidate the State.

I don't post here that often, so . . .

I'm not sure how well this will be received, but I had the idea tonight and figured this was as good a place as any to let it out.

Let me just say that I am about as committed to the Ron Paul REVOLUTION as a person of my particular life situation can be. I was in New Hampshire. I will be in Nevada. I plan on being in Virginia for Super Tuesday. I am running as an alternate delegate in my state. I am organizing phone banking events and voter registration drives at my school. I spread Dr. Paul's message to my classmates, coworkers, friends, family, and even strangers on the street. I scour the internet for stories on Dr. Paul, commenting on media bias and refuting propaganda as I go, and I am up to date on all the latest Youtube videos. I give to the Moneybombs. All of them, and more than I should. In short, my life has been profoundly influenced by Ron Paul's message. I recognize that none of this makes me exceptional, and that my type of devotion is commonplace in our movement.

Which brings me to my idea. But first two final qualifiers:

First, I recognize that the primary battle is just beginning and that anything can happen. I understand that even if we fail to secure the nomination outright or through a brokered convention, that we are now power brokers within the GOP. They cannot win a general election without us and they know it. They see the youth numbers. We are the future of the GOP, if it is going to have a future. Further, they know 2012 is just the beginning and that we will continue to produce candidates for generations to come (not least of whom is the Junior Senator from Kentucky).

Second, I understand that Ron Paul is just one very significant part of a much broader Liberty movement, one that stretches back millenia, that he is a fallible messenger, and that the message of Liberty always has and always will continue to evolve and be perfected as each generation adds its unique contribution. I have resolved to dedicate my life to understanding this message as completely as possible and to advancing it as far and wide as possible. To this end I have immersed myself in the disciplined study of its many doctrines.

Finally, with all that being said, rather than (or in addition to) organizing a counter-convention as in 2008, I propose that we organize a march, as in a MILLION PAUL MARCH on D.C.

To give you some perspective on the type of numbers we have out there, so far 160,827 people have voted for Ron Paul in the Republican primaries. We have 47 states to go.

Liquidate the State.

Right on brother in liberty! NAT

YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! That's it!!! THE GOP CAN'T WIN without us!!! They have to come to our side or Obama will be in for another 4 years. We hate the establisment and will NEVER vote for any of them! Our votes will remain with Ron Paul if we have to write him in!!!

We know that all the others are PUPPETS for the banking elites, and they are not for the average American, but you can't tell that to the blinded neocons. So there you have it. They will try to blame us if Obama gets four more years. LOL, they will have to blame themselves. They should think seriously about this. Vote Ron Paul or have Obama. It will be their fault as I see it. Well, we will never give in. If Paul doesn't get the nomination. We write him in and the GOP is finished. Stand strong behind Paul and never look back!! 47 states to go!!!

I pledge to march!

Call it, pick the day! I will be there to march with you, I pledge. Flying to DC is an easier decision than opening my wallet to every moneybomb and brochure mailing and superpac.

There's strength in numbers!

Take back the GOP and Restore America Now.

I will go to that March.

Yes Sir. I WILL.

I'm so Fing PISSED right now you can hear me coming through the ever-loving ether.

I appreciate your optimism and positive spin but...

Writing off SC was bad idea. There were lots of Democratic votes to be had. The caucus states strategy will not work! Here is the better alternative that wil: http://progressivesforronpaul.blogsp...president.html

Democrats must be targeted strategically

It's a pity that in an open primary such as this Democrats were not strategically targeted.

Exactly

The campaign should have lined up Paul appointments on African American radio. Not doing so confirms in the minds of progressives the narrative that the liberal side of the MSM is pushing.

Vetting

I don't think Romney has begun to be vetted.

It should be fun to watch in

It should be fun to watch in the coming days as the media and democrats step up their attacks on Newt and pull more skeletons out his closet. Romney and Newt will get more aggressive with the attack ads. With Santorum likely to drop out in the coming days/weeks Newt, Mitt will get torn apart by eachother and the media and poor Dr. Paul will be sheltered by the media blackout.

Pig Newton will be on Face the Nation tomorrow...

as announced by C-BS News earlier tonight.

At a brokered convention there will vote fraud there too

Plus all the Neocons will just hand their delegates to Romney and it will be game over for Paul.

If you have half a brain you can see this is all orchestrated.

Ron Paul gets 2nd place where he is polling first.

Then he gets 3rd.

Now he gets 4th.

Don't be surprised if he gets 5th or lower in Florida behind Herman Cain or some other bullsh*t.

You don't get how The System works. Once they don't get caught they just get more and more brazen. Politics is war, there is no fair fight. So many RP supporters have blinders on.

You think this country that lies and kills people for money doesn't do massive vote fraud?

They already sold us down the river for China decades ago!

Of course there has been massive vote fraud

but people just want to pretend it's not happening -- some because they half-believe the media telling them Ron Paul is not as popular as he is & others because they don't know what to do about it.

There's a feel-good group called Watchthevote2012 on facebook but I really wonder who's behind it. Blackbox voting is run by a woman who has a lot of info about vote fraud but who couldn't care less about Ron Paul or doing anything to stop the vote fraud. All talk, no action.

Any suggestions for action?

P.S. It does make me wonder when so many people on here think it's because they didn't "try" hard enough or it's the campaign's fault.

Yeah vote me down--do another 'prayerbomb' for Paul

Instead of looking for vote fraud.

You know because only if Ron Paul's suit fit better and he talked slower and Chuck Norris endorsed him would RP have come in first place tonight....

If only we had a big media name like John Stewart, Judge Nap, Bil Maher, or Stephen Colbert....

Yeah give me a break--you guys are full of so many excuses...

Not "stealing"

"He will be in the race all the way to the convention and possibly steal the nomination."

It's not "stealing" if you win the delegate vote.

It's winning.

Exactly

These are fear tactics they have been using on everyone

Money?

This piece says, "They have money, organization, and grassroots support..." and it's right about the last two. However, the campaign is actually living "paycheck to paycheck," so to speak. Or, one might say, "moneybomb to moneybomb." Hopefully, folks have paid off their Christmas debts by now and can start giving a little extra to the campaign, so that Ron can fight the good fight to the end.

Authority

Ahem, please let us know if you are making a public statement for the campaign. "However, the campaign is actually living "paycheck to paycheck," so to speak."

I mean no offense, but to some weaker souls or those who are just about to join to revolutiuon...it can or maybe counter-productive in their minds.

Peace

Revolt and crush the status quo! My ancestors didn't die in vain during the first revolution when they rose up with fellow patriots and fought for our freedom against tyranny!

Well

Luckily some us skipped Christmas for the country

I'm in California -practically five months to go!

Please, we can not get bummed by one fourth place finish...I can't even imagine what is going to happen in the next two weeks, let alone by the June 5th CA primary. I don't post here much, but I just started thinking it's ridiculous to feel one whit slowed down as we still have 47 states and many long weeks to go. This is a helluva a lot of work. It's the third state, for Pete's sake. Have a glass of wine, have a hot bath and get eight hours of sleep. There is so much left to do, don't get bogged down, I beg of you. I (we) need to charge clear into the summer here in the Golden State!

ETA: I don't buy that whole idea that people are stupid, and I'm a little tired of hearing it. That is all.

The TORTOISE and the HARE~~Ron Paul and Romney

Hmmmm....that makes me think...makes me imagine!! LOL

The legendary Tortoise

Slow BUT steady.
It ain't like that Jack rabbit
It certainly is NOT a flipping flopping rabid ummm rabbit
It is not screw-happy.

But the reliable tortoise...
It has both an endoskeleton and an exoskeleton! How about that!!!! Some creatures I see in the race doesn't seem to exhibit one at all.

That shell on that tortoise is tough, resilent to much rough weather and its longevity is well known.

Long Live the R3volution.

Revolt and crush the status quo! My ancestors didn't die in vain during the first revolution when they rose up with fellow patriots and fought for our freedom against tyranny!

Against all odds.

Great inspirational video. Against all odds. But remember this was Paul's strategic plan. Even if Paul had came in second in SC he still would have not gotten any delegates and that's what we are striving for, delegate.

It is better to look dumb and not be, than to look smart and not be.

and this video...

should be on the front page!!!

And as Mr. Wead pointed out...

Ron Paul is the only evangelical in the race...and the only veteran in the race. Perhaps to some people, those facts mean a lot.
In listening to Ron's debate speaches, he never seems to CLOSE THE SALE!!! He gets the audience listening, forms up his whole pitch and then...he never closes the sale...I don't hear him say, "...that's why you should vote for me!"
The public are idiots and cannot think for themselves...they need to be told what to do, and Ron's just not following through on this. I think it's gotta help if could do that.

So Sad, Yet So True

The public are idiots and cannot think for themselves...they need to be told what to do, and Ron's just not following through on this. I think it's gotta help if could do that.

That is the saddest and truest fact I've read all day.

common knowledge

Yes, very sad but here's what we're up against as these quotes state very well:

How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think.

If you tell a big enough lie and tell it frequently enough, it will be believed.

The art of leadership... consists in consolidating the attention of the people against a single adversary and taking care that nothing will split up that attention.

The broad masses of a population are more amenable to the appeal of rhetoric than to any other force.

All from Hitler and it is this basic understanding that allowed him to control a country and convince them to participate in some of the most heinous crimes in history.

The headline of this article made me feel better and now I completely understand the strategy. I will definitely keep on top of this. RP2012! He's What's Right For The Citizens Of These United States Of America.
