Violations of Election Laws Continue in SC

7:10pm I arrive as poll watcher Pickens county elections office 222 McDaniel Ave B9 Pickens SC 29671 / 864.898.5948
I was immediately ushered into the county council chambers where a projector was displaying 726 or 746 votes broken out by candidates.
I then inquired where and when those votes were tabulated - I was told they were tabulated at 9:00am that day and as mail came in. I was then told I could not be in secure area. Very unfriendly and appeared agitated at my presence. When I got my wits I went back and declared state law allowed me to witness all aspects of the process. I was told there was little space and stand out of the way and not be talking on the phone.
8:00pm - A precinct came in without the "zero" tape (Praters Creek - I believe)
8:02pm - Campaign calls 864.898.5948 number and gets hung up on with no information on the voting process.
8:05pm - Box 216 comes in with broken seal - I request serial number of voting machine - told to wait.

8:20pm - Powdersville 2 precinct discs come in unsecured - carried by poll worker in personal folder inside left pocket.
8:53pm - 3 Sheriff's officers arrive due to campaign calling election commission's phone number above and being hung up on without being given any information.
8:55pm - Precinct lady comes in from Clemson 1 precinct writes a report that the boxes and machines for precinct were dropped off at another precinct (Stone Church @ University Baptist Church 411 Pendletion Rd Clemson, SC). I asked when machines would arrive and was told votes where already tabulated and they would be coming in later, then told they were stored at the church. Never found out exactly where they ended up by the time we departed.
9:10pm Finally get serial # from unit with broken seal (box 216) V5124783
9:20pm - Guy Vanatta arrives 864-901-6830
Additional Notes: When La Dona and I went to vote at Sevier Precinct (Greenville County) approx 3:30pm - We were asked "which party primary were we voting in today?" - since it's an open primary I was puzzled by this line of questions and we were told they were required to ask.
Maria & Mike Brady of Boiling Springs - Spartanburg County (864-809-8311) where asked a similar question when they asked if they answered non-republican they would NOT be allowed to vote.
The taxpayers are paying for the SCGOP primary due to an SC Supreme Court decision. NO ONE should have been turned away.
Who instructed them to ask these questions?
9:30pm depart with tabulations and names (see attached) see signatures for county poll workers + Rodney Allen was from the election office.

In my opinion, EVERYONE in EVERY county, should NOW go to their Supervisor of Elections office and ask them POINT BLANK what they intend to do to eliminate vote fraud. Go to their office and question them. Tell them you have already seen much vote fraud in other states, and do not want it to happen HERE. Bug them. Let them know you are watching. Ask them what they intend to do. In most states, this is an elected position. I believe this is one important step we can all take.

Those security seals don't just break. It's not just tape. I'd like to know how a couple of cops determined it was an accident.

South Carolina's Attorney General detects voter fraud during primaries
Now that looks like it's going through proper channels!
"Newt Gingrich's convincing victory in South Carolina may now be marred by allegations of voter fraud.
South Carolina attorney general Alan Wilson notified the U.S. Dept. of Justice Sunday evening that 953 ballots were cast by "people listed as dead," according to the Associated Press.
According to the AP, 71 percent of the ballots used names of South Carolinians who died anywhere between two months and 76 months prior to Saturday's primary.
Wilson has recommended South Carolina's State Law Enforcement Division to investigate the allegations."
Of course 953 doesn't cover all the votes that were siphoned off of Ron Paul to put Sanctorum in front of him.
I would just like to say that my polling place
Pacolet Town Hall - the poll workers were as straight up and pleasant as they could be. Their only "requirement" was a voter registration OR SCDL in order to compare for name and physical address/precinct agreement against voter roster.
And we turned out 2nd for RP. Coinkydink?

Sounds like normal human
Sounds like normal human activity:
1. People sending stuff to the wrong destination
2. People forgetting to include materials in the packages they send to the tally location
3. Some people at one or two polling places operating under wrong assumptions
People make mistakes.
Mistakes like what you described happen EVERY election. If this was your first time as a poll worker or poll watcher, it's not surprising that you are suspicious and maybe aghast at the mistakes made. After 10 years of watching or working, you'll come to know it's about par for the course.
Not every mistake is "smoking gun" evidence of an anti-RP consipracy.

Nothing ever comes of her "findings." She's certainly not a Ron Paul supporter, either.
Read through this thread. There are disgruntled people who ask her for advice or help and she's apathetic. That's the impression I've always gotten from her.

but people on watchthevote2012 said she offered contacts in New Hampshire then never got back to them. After over a decade, she's produced nothing but proof that Diebold can be manipulated. Even a caveman could figure that out.
I'm saying don't rely on her to come through about getting any "action" done. She never has before. I think she's been running that blackbox voting site for about 10 years now.

I don't really know but, I do know that Edward True from Iowa swore out an affadivit and was prepared to go as far as he had to..to bring attention to the bad vote count and inaction by the GOP. He caught them red handed and was fired up enough to raise the roof! It stopped the msm mantra of Romney winning two for two. (A little late but done nonetheless). Mr. True would be the perfect example of grassroots action at every level to put an end to this very serious vote stealing as taught by the USSR.

on training with True the Vote in anticipation of my poll watching duties. Does anyone have experience with them?

I have taken the True the Vote training and served in the same election polls as True the Vote volunteers. They are nonpartisan citizen volunteers and unique in their training as it is designed specifically for poll watchers., It addresses not only what the election law is, but also focussed on how the election law is defeated, emphasizing what a poll watcher should be watching for as improper actions.

If we could come up with an organization like Black Box voting or another that could through donations pursue the cheaters who are stealing our elections and make them severely liable for their actions...then it is indeed worth it. Ron would not have to "waste his time" on it but, it could be the beginning of the end for this kind of thievery. It has to stop somewhere or we should all just hand over the country to whoever the media appoints...

Bev Harris has been around for a decade or more. I do know there was quite a chunk of change donated to her over the years that people were very unhappy about what really happened to it. The term "con artist" was bandied about -- maybe by her enemies but I feel she is shady.
She's certainly no Ron Paul supporter. She gives the illusion of "helping" stop vote fraud but see for yourself -- all this time and not a damn thing has changed. She's a good source of information on what vote fraud actually is and how it happens but she is definitely not to be depended on or trusted on helping to STOP it.
There is/was a group called watchthevote2012 on Facebook that was most likely organized as a "feel like you're doing something" because nothing changed there either.
What we need is legal representation who are Ron Paul supporters.

What To Do?
Is it unreasonable to think that the four conservative state senators might want to help support an organized charge of voting fraud? What good is it to endorse a good man only to see all of the hard work and votes gobbled up by cocky neo-con thieves? When a Carl Rove can predict within 100 votes the winner (in Iowa) I believe it was, doesn't that give reason for concern that the elections are being rigged? Thanks for considering these thoughts!
