You might be a Neocon if you...

I took some aggression out on the keyboard today. Please add to this list with your comments. I plan on passing the list out at the High school I work at. Some of my colleagues haven't come around yet. Don't worry, most who aren't apathetic have.

Neocon (New Conservative): a modern form of Republicanism that has developed over the last 30 years which is not from the classic Jeffersonian school of thought and contrary to historical party beliefs.

To me, and to most people I know that I've asked

asked about the "blame America for 9/11" accusations against RP, the "blame" in the neocons accusations has a connotation where it blames the American PEOPLE and their way of life (freedoms), which is what the neocons allude to when they say that "Ron Paul blames America for 9/11", they make it personal. That connotation of the word "blame" is further evidenced by the fact that they keep pushing the "9/11 happened because they hate us for our freedoms".

Ron Paul partly blames America's FOREIGN POLICY and the policy of interventionism, there's a clear distinction between that "blame" and the "blame" that the neocons allude to.

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom — go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, an

I don't understand your post

Absolutely Ron said 9/11 was blowback. But that's directly in contrast to neo-cons whose view is that 9/11 occurred because Islamic radicals "hate our freedom and religion."

So, how does a completely opposite opinion of neo-cons make RP a neo-con?

This line:

Quoting the CIA and the 9/11 commission on blowback is blaming America for 9/11

Was not stating that neo-cons quote the CIA and 9/11 commission on blowback. It was stating that people who do quote the CIA and 9/11 commission on blowback are accused by neo-cons as blaming America for 9/11. It could have been written more clearly.

you might be a neocon if...

you got appointed to a council seat, took an oath, and abandoned the liberty movement by shilling for the scum sucking establishment candidate Romney.
