Hello there, I am a long time lurker, first time poster. I know there are more important things that we should be doing with our time, but I took the liberty of making Ron Paul into a meme on memegenerator.com

The basic idea behind "Reality Ron" is to create text that speaks the plain truth about issues that some people choose not to think about. For instance....

"Printing money to wage perpetual warfare..."

Even though the youth vote is our strong suit, take it from a college student, there are many, MANY apathetic twenty-somethings waiting for their candidate to be put into a meme to help them understand. American society is THAT helpless...

the college student apathy. Facebook, texting, and partying is about the extent of their interests.

In EVERY class she has had (that's 18 so far) the teacher has had to bribe, warn, and threaten the students to turn off their phones and computers (Facebook pages, not note taking) during class. The school has wi-fi throughout.

I graduated in 1984 - how different things are.

I sort of understand why this was moved to art, but seriously, it's not art, and I think someone is not understanding how great of an opportunity this would be to get Ron Paul's message out to those who are not yet politically motivated. I am on an image board right now and the response is overwhelming, with the help of the DP community this could be pretty helpful.
