Rand, 'Have the terrorists Won?'

I think Rand is starting to adopt his wise of Dad's stance on the 'war on terror'. This recent episode by the TSA, made him think 'Have the terrorists won?' This was an 'eye opening' moment for him. Maybe, he will have a more vigorous attitude towards his father's campaign, and push the 'old man' to work on his delivery in the debates? Let's go Rand, get the old man PUMPED UP! http://www.nationaljournal.com/congress/sen-paul-on-tsa-dete...

If Rand, a US Senator, is treated like this, what about us?

I can almost hear his dad say...

"Well, they've been doing pretty well, but there's still time to turn it around. But before we can, we have to realize the futility of trying to fight against a tactic by using a codified program. We'd be much better off letting the market decide how best to keep people safe than setting a national policy created by a roomful of bureaucrats and central planners and then forcing that choice on everybody."

(Note: I made that quote up, but I'm pretty sure Ron would approve it.)

What is begun in anger, ends in shame.

Yes, I would say

that the terrorists have "won", up to this point.

And the terrorists are headquartered in Washington, DC.
