Cuba Has Discovered 9 Billion Barrels of Oil in the Straits of Fla.

Cuba has discovered 9 billion barrels of oil and 10 trillion cubic feet of natural gas in the Straits of Florida.
They signed contracts with China, France, Brazil, and Canada to develop these fields.

The U.S is so stupid. Do they really deserve a President Paul?
