Ron Paul will defeat Mitt Romney in the Virginia primary

From "The Hill's" pundits blog

In a dramatic head-to-head contest that will win huge attention throughout the political world, I now believe that Ron Paul will defeat Mitt Romney in the Virginia primary. The implications could be enormous. This result would dramatize the fact that a majority of Republican primary voters favor a candidate more conservative than Mitt Romney. This prospect could also inspire the mother of all money bombs for the Ron Paul campaign.

Go Virginia!

Go Virginia! I sometimes wonder how my neck of the woods would receive a Ron Paul type politician. We have the Naval Base in Norfolk, and we are close to Washington DC. Then I realized, with less troops around the world, and more troops here at home defending this country, there would be more money being spent in our businesses instead of in Japan, Germany and Korea, etc.

Most of Virginia is very conservative, but the Northern Va. area benefits a lot of government handouts. My sister works in Northern Va and we had an argument about RP because she works for a children's theater and they get money from the Feds for production. I explained to her the market and that it would be better if they didn't get that money because it is stolen, printed, and not to mention the levels of bureaucracy it takes to get the money from me to her. Wouldn't it be better for me to just give it to her than for it to pass through 5+ layers of $150k bureaucrats before getting to her? She was still on the fence. I told her if Ron Paul won, I would donate $150 to the Adventure Theater in Northern, Va.

Don't lump in Northern, Va with the rest of the state. Ron Paul will win Va!
