“I’m Not Going to Plead Guilty to Using My Medicine.”

So says Eric Hafner, a Ron Paul supporter from my hometown of Fair Haven, NJ. Hafner claims that marijuana helped him with PTSD where conventional meds did not. He faces up to 6 months in prison if convicted of marijuana possession.
