What if Ron Paul doesn't win?

I know this is probably not the thing to be focusing on right now. I do many various things to help spread the word of Dr. Paul. Lately, I've been worried about what would happen if he does not get elected. I feel like we have all gotten so far with this but there are things like voting fraud that could play against us. What if there really is no chance for us due to media, fraud, and the banksters doing everything to fight against us?

SO, I come to you, fellow DPers, to ask what will you do if Ron Paul doesn't get elected? With the way things are going, I have seriously considered leaving the country. I know many people say, "No! We must stay and fight!" and things to that effect. But, is it really much of a fair fight when you can now be indefinitely detained? Things are getting far out of hand, and what if there is nothing that can be done? I am not trying to be cynical, merely trying to get some help on an issue that plagues my mind for days at a time.

If you were to leave the country, where would you go? I've thought about Switzerland. It's a neutral country, has a fairly decent economy, more pro gun than any other Euro country, and is not part of the EU. any ideas on other places?

or would you stay and rough it out? any thoughts or ideas at all would be greatly appreciated.

If he doesn't win ... what?

1) He could win the nomination outright
2) He could win the nomination by delegates defecting at the convention
3) He could win major concessions at the convention (and I'm not talking about a speaking slot.)

In the unlikely situation that we come away with *nothing* from the GOP, we are in a much better situation than we were four years ago.
- We have grown from a few ten thousands to a few million.
- We have recognition and respect -- issues around human freedom are being talked about, not dismissed out of hand
- We have infrastructure and activity and passion

I have spent 30 years in a state of not being the majority. I am extremely optimistic how human freedom is being spread. We have a duty to continue. In four years, the millions currently touched, can transform into tens of millions. I plan to spend that time sewing seeds.

Ron Paul is doing better

Ron Paul is doing better everyday. Look at Endorse Liberty Super PAC coming out for him in Florida like that, owning hours of non-stop Ron Paul TV. Look at how well Maine is going, and the new straw polls like Tennessee, and how just days ago RP supporters completely DOMINATED the backdrop of CNN's pre-debate show.

There's no reason to think that this movement is doing anything BUT growing. We should all be very encouraged. Paul should win Maine and will likely do very well in Nevada and Colorado, and this will only push that much further. Also remember that of the 200,000 absentee ballots in Florida, so many of them will be for Ron Paul.

So don't think for a second this is all for naught. It's working, and it's working more and more everyday.

Dr. Paul will win, that I am

Dr. Paul will win, that I am certain of. However, I'll play along and state, that should he not win, we will have to continue to fight for freedom. With the way that things are going, I do not know exactly what that means but, we cannot tuck tail and run. We have to stand up for ourselves, our friends, neighbors families and we have to fight for our liberty. There really is no other choice. I love my country way too much to allow a few thugs to destroy her. I would never allow this movement to die in vain.

What many don't understand is that if the US is taken down, all other countries will quickly and easily follow. Where will you and what will you do when there is nowhere left to run to?

"the way that things are going"

I specifically mean things like:

-The NDAA being passed
-All the attacks congress is making on the internet/free speech with SOPA/PIPA and now ACTA
- The growing debt and endless spending

And, just in general, all the things our government is doing that Ron Paul is fighting against. Without Ron Paul as President, we are taking a big step to continue down the wrong path. I really feel that he is our last hope before things could get really bad, like a financial collapse that none of us have ever seen. I know it's all speculation and "what ifs". Just food for thought. I suppose the key is to stay educated and educate others...it's just hard when so many sheeple do not care to listen.

thanks for the encouraging words though. sometimes it's rough when you see how hard of a battle we have to fight.
