In PaulCare there is the benefit of tax credits for medical care. In other words, people can largely write-off their medical expenses. No one will be forced to take insurance, though. This is because such an act is unconstitutional. Nor will a person be penalized with fines or other punishment for refusing to take insurance.

So, it becomes quickly evident how great is this waste and corruption.

This legislation also permits the inter-state transport of this health food, which is currently and unconstitutionally prohibited.
