Locating 2008 Rally for the Republic DVD

I have been hunting unsuccessfully for many months now for a copy of the 2008 Rally for the Republic DVD to go along with my commemorative tickets that I had purchased.

Contact with the CFL store yielded a "we don't have it, check eBay" response and all the peer to peer links for downloading are bad or have no seeders.

I do know that a lot of it is on YouTube, but it is all of either just Ron's speech and/or the CSPAN coverage and I'd really like to get the video from the disc.

I will gladly pay for a copy ... disc ... postage ... time ... whatever. I'd obviously love the original disc, but at this point, I'd happily settle for a download link or a simple copy. If all I can find is a download or copy, a high-res photo of the label so I can make my own would be a bonus, but I realize that is probably pushing my luck.
