I wonder

if Michael Ny would be open to having a listing of documentaries somewhere on Daily Paul. I remember when he used to post "weekend watching" videos which I never had the time to watch but I now do. Understanding the "whys" of Dr Pauls positions helps me to explain them to undecided voters while making memyself sound somewhat intelligent. I hope Michael is listening because I know there are alot of documentaries out there that we could share with others and anything we can do to spread the word is important.

I've now turned off the television and instead of listening to lies and propaganda, I have been watching documentaries. I will definitely watch the ones you have listed and here are three of my favorites so far. Let's try to keep this post up with others posting their favorites. Now when Dr Paul states a position, I can find the information to understand why.

Military industrial complex

One of the most impressive

documentaries I have watched is the "Argentina Economic Collapse" this collapse was a practice run on how to bring down the US.

Prepare & Share the Message of Freedom through Positive-Peaceful-Activism.

Here's a few...

Human Resources http://topdocumentaryfilms.com/human-resources/
Human Resources is a documentary about Social Control, examining the history, the philosophy and ultimately the pathology of elite power.

The World According to Monsanto http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvGddgHRQyg
The World According to Monsanto pieces together the story of the St. Louis, Missouri, corporation, calling on hitherto unpublished documents and first-hand accounts by scientists, civil society representatives, victims of the company's toxic activities, lawyers, politicians, and representatives of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and Environmental Protection Agency. Based on a three-year investigation in North and South America, Europe and Asia, the film tells the tale of an industrial empire that, thanks in part to misleading reports, collusion with the American government, pressure tactics and attempts at corruption, has become one of the world's biggest seed manufacturers. It shows how the clean, green image conveyed by the company's advertising serves as a smoke screen for Monsanto's quest for market supremacy, to the detriment of global food security and environmental stability.

What You've Been Missing - Exposing The Noble Lie
Exposing the Noble Lie is the first episode from What You’ve Been Missing and was created to fill the massive gap created by corporate media, between itself and reality.

A virtual variety show with a point, helps you learn how to outgrow the status quo; through a systematic process of critical thinking supplemented with comedy.

What is freedom? Freedom is the right to choose; the right to create for
yourself the alternative of choice. Without the responsibility and exercise
of choice a man is not a man but a member, an instrument, a thing.
-- Archibald Macleish

FDR election opposition

As much as Ron Paul is not anything like FDR in his policies, its interesting in the 1932 documentary that he faced some of the same opposition to his candidacy that Ron Paul has.

"Once you become knowledgeable, you have an obligation to do something about it."- Ron Paul

who is

LaRouche? The history on the Civil war in video #3 sounds a little off. I think before I go any further I'll check this place out.

John Perkins is a fraud

I would remove "Confessions of an Economic Hitman"
John Perkins is a known liar and makes money by appealing to brain dead liberals.
There's plenty of things wrong with the IMF and World Bank, we don't need fairy tales to substantiate our positions, and in the process damage our credibility.

Never forget:

To disagree, one doesn't have to be disagreeable.

- Barry Goldwater

Source? Seriously, if you are

Source? Seriously, if you are going to say something like that you should back it up. I've read his book, heard him speak, and he doesn't come across as your classic "liberal." He quotes our forefathers often and talks about natural justice so that's more libertarian than anything....

since when does the NSA

since when does the NSA recruit agents for the world bank? even people he's worked with have come out and said that his work wasn't anything related to what he claims.

Never forget:

To disagree, one doesn't have to be disagreeable.

- Barry Goldwater

Huh? He didn't work for the

Huh? He didn't work for the NSA. He was in the private sector. See you don't even know anything about the guy but yet you make opinions on false info! He was screened for a job there but went to work in the private sector--google it!

And it's not too hard to figure out that the NSA, CIA and Pentagon work for American banks and corporations... and who owns the world bank???

Of course people he works with slammed him, he's a whistleblower! Life is not good for these people....

Thanks for the links, Tuskeegee. This mixture of brand new youtubes & recommendations of old classics is what I love about DP :-)

My long time favorite was

My long time favorite was "The Money Masters". I actually found Ron Paul around the time I found this. Back in 2006.

This is a very long doc.

Charles Ballard

It is the best documentary.

It is the best documentary. The made this in 80's when everyone was asleep.
This documentary should be mandatory for Monetary History in all schools.

Money Masters is great. If

Money Masters is great.

If you don't have 3 and a half hours, Phenomenon - Monopoly Men is pretty good too.
