Seriously guys, thanks a TON. I'm blown away at how successful this has been! When I checked my IndieGoGo page this morning, all I was really hoping was that SOMEONE had donated... my jaw about hit the floor when I saw that I was already at $435! Never would have imagined I'd hit the goal by the end of the first day! Haha, I would have set the goal at a full $1000 instead of low balling it so much if I knew that would be the case!
I'd still like to hit $1000 if possible so that the trip will be more-or-less covered in it's entirety. As it stands right now I'll end shelling out of pocket for food and some of my lodging, which will be doable, but will just mean I'll have to raise that much more for my next film I'm aiming to begin working on soon.
Keep up the fight guys! I'll do my best to represent in DC on the 20th!
