I don't think the original poster was trying to claim that Beck is an ally; rather, given all of Beck's hatred for Dr. Paul as of the last few months, this video and Glenn's claim that "Republican Progressivism" is the spreading of democracy with the military is quite a large contradiction with Glenn's current thinking. Basically, he's a giant hypocrit (or he greatly dislikes himself). Of course, we are aware of this, but this direct in your face evidence is a nice find. Just what would Beck do if he watched this clip, specifically at that point? Might his head explode?

At first I was thinking "Oh goodness, another Beck comment," but wow, he literally calls his (current) thinking that of a progressive. Spreading democracy through military force; the "republican progressive."

He wouldn't dare put someone on the air who brought this clip up, would he?
