There was a lot of editing going on. At one point Ron was explaining how he wold have used letters of marque and reprisal to go after OBL and they totally cut him off and resumed with him talking about WW2. If not caught by the viewer, he/she might think Ron is rambling. This is a dishonest tactic to make Ron look bad. CNN should release an unedited version of this interview.

How random was that? Did you notice how Morgan was all over the place,and he never really listened to Dr Paul? He sat there swinging his foot, thinking of his response or next question, instead of digesting all the good nutritious information Ron was giving him. But hopefully his audience caught it.
