I WAS THERE - Ron Paul dominates late-night Las Vegas caucus!
Submitted by JustinTribble on Sun, 02/05/2012 - 08:27Ok, folks, I WAS THERE. I VOTED IN THIS THING. I SPOKE TO THE AUDIENCE.
This was a special late-night caucus for people who could not attend at 9 a.m. due to "religious purposes" (or the fact hundreds, if not, thousands were turned away this morning at 9:30 a.m. or their ballots were screwed up). There were a lot of Jewish people, added to the fact this was held in a school built by a Jewish man, Sheldon Adelson, billionaire.
Sheldon -- who owns Venetian and gave $5 million to Gingrich -- was sitting a few rows down. Presumably, all these Jews would be in the tank for Gingrich, right?
People spoke for each candidate.
Gingrich was first, and got about three people who spoke. The first guy said this: "I know he's been married three times... and I know you probably wouldn't want to have a beer with him..."
Quite the endorsement, eh? (Same guy later took back the microphone and endorsed Ron Paul.)
Ron Paul got about fifteen people who spoke, including myself.
It went on for about 40 minutes as people passionately spoke and the crowd cheered, very loudly at times.
One of the most memorable moments was from a man whose daughter was very sick from the depleted uranium used in Iraq by our military. At least three Jews spoke on behalf of Ron Paul, one rabbi, including a local Jewish radio host.
Romney got about three speakers -- one utterly rambling and incoherent -- and muted applause.
Santorum got two speakers and little applause.
So there you go.
Final tally, 183 votes for Ron Paul. Romney came in second with 61, Gingrich had 57 and Santorum had 16 votes.
Ron Paul supporters everywhere. Ron Paul signs and bumper sticker ALL OVER LAS VEGAS. Plenty of Jewish people in the crowd supporting Ron Paul.
But Romney wins in "landside"? Gingrich second? Sure. Uh-uh.
They couldn't RIG this event, because people were watching the votes be counted and it was on TV.
Bear in mind, the morning caucus was held between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. A LOT of people were turned away or couldn't make it. Think about how many people were excluded because of the ridiculous timing of this thing? 9 a.m. on a Saturday. Wow. I couldn't believe it. Even Iowa held it at 7 p.m.
Not only that, they screwed up the ballots for hundreds of people, this is all over the news, so a lot of people were wondering if their vote would even count.
Doesn't it send chills down your spine to know your country is a facist, Orwellian fraud? Or are your viens coursing with so much fluroide you just don't care?

go scroll through the MSM news (on second thought don't waste your time). Every headline is blaming "angry Paul supporters" at the late night caucus for taking over and causing the vote count delay. It never ceases to amaze me how the MSM can turn and twist everything against us. How can the continually get away with it????????????????!

Sure he dominated the earlier caucuses. Obviously Ron Paul has won Neveda. Houston, we have a problem. It's not going away and as the Ministries of Truth melt down, we absolutely HAVe to raise holy unshirted hell. It's our job to defend liberty, like it or not. I'm tired of boyscouts who can see no evil. This is only the beginning and we're not going down w/o a fight.

Anyone still in denial that vote fraud exists needs to wake up NOW. Just because you don't want to believe something is happening doesn't make it go away!
This needs to get blown up in the media! Do not let this issue die -- this is something that is stealing everything Ron Paul and his supporters have all worked so hard for.
I pray people come forward with absolute proof. I pray that people scream with outrage that their votes are being stolen! I pray that people rise up and demand their votes are counted IN THE OPEN!

What sends chills down my spine
is that while watching and reading accounts of this caucus event it is as plain as the nose on your face that absolutely nothing has changed from four years ago other than now, Ron Paul has an even bigger following the powers that be intend to ignore and defraud.

I believe every word and statement you said. This never should have happened and shows how an event like this should have gone quickly and efficiently but was purposely allowed NOT to happen that way. In this country, chaos in a caucus should never have happened which leaves me with the impression that it was purposely done. The last caucus that you were in probablty shows how most of Clark county went with Dr Paul carrying the county. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a damn DUCK! They kept on track with the smaller caucus's knowing that to put the largest in turmoil would be an easy way to pull it off. IMHO, if there is ANY question on the legitimacy of the Clark countty results then the caucus's in that county should be redone. This is how I feel and if we allow this to happen in Nevada it will happen in all of the other states and we will NEVER know who the real winner is. There is NO excuse for us to be sitting and waiting for the results of a caucus 24 hours after the event.

Was THIS event the ONLY late night caucus, or were others like this small caucus held at other places?
This was the only late evening caucus.
In Nevada. All other started at 9:00 am and were supposed to be done by 12:00 noon.

My husband was watching CNN (I refuse to watch) and he kept commenting on how much support Ron Paul had (speeches, etc). And then the results showing 2nd place and finally 3rd place.
Anybody see the CNN coverage of the Ron Paul supporter trying to get in to watch one of the caucuses and being told he could not enter? He eventually got in after a confrontation ensued.
The reality does not match the results. The GOP is fighting a crusade and Ron Paul and his supporters are the enemy.

I know over time we have heard Republicans say we must support whoever the Republican nominee is..."Anyone but Obama." But in reality, is it "Anyone but Paul" in their minds...even Obama? Obama is also the establishment just like Romney, Santorum and Gingrich. But Dr. Paul is the people, the one they fear because it might change their greedy little lives.
This is the problematic win they are setting up with "anyone but Paul" and giving us the distinction to be the scapegoats who "gave" the win to Obama. Reality check Republican Party...the fault will be yours for not representing all candidates fairly, above board, and transparently. What happened to your big tent...did a camel sneak his nose under the canvas?

You have it right about the delegates. People came out of each caucus knowing if they were voted to the next level. They should have already phoned/email the Nevada campaign office, so they are totaling the people who made it through. This is what counts the most.
