Nevada SOS: Report Potential Election Law Violation

via Musicians For Ron Paul on FB: "I just got off the phone with a representative for Nevada's Secretary of State and was told what we can do to help raise awareness to the voter fraud in Nevada.

Even though the Secretary of State has no control over the election process (it's strictly the GOPs game)... The Sec of State CAN sit on them, to make them squeal.

What we need to do, is go here and supply as much evidence as we can gather. You Tube videos, personally witnessing someone being turned away from polls, not being allowed to vote, etc. Supply charts, news articles, photos, etc. WHATEVER you have!

Just go here and get busy!

hmmm...

Sounds phishy to me.

One good way to "SEE" our evidence.

very

fishy

Even those people should sue

Even those people should sue because the caucus was sytematically structured to surpress a certain demographic - young voters.

The ONLY recourse for young working people was a special caucus that stated you had to sign an affidavidt stating you were there only because of religious reasons.

2 people could not vote, they had ID and their Republican cards

showing they had registered in a timely manner, they were turned away because they had not shown up in the computer yet. I will pass on this site info to them so they can complete the complaint form. Both were voting for Paul.

thank

you

They should bypass the

They should bypass the "complaint form" that will wind up in the round file and find an ACLU or election lawyer.

Any NV voter who had to work

Any NV voter who had to work Saturday morning and can document they were turned away from the "sundown" caucus should SUE the NV GOP. PERIOD. If this were me, the ink would already be dry from my lawsuit.

I think someone could easily make the case that young workers in NV were systematically disenfranchised by the processes put in place by the NV GOP.

Yes, the Caucus was from "9:00 - 12:00", but voting was only

from 9:00 to 9:30. Many people were late becasue they renumbered the precints. Yes, a special group? That's discrimination. We protest. One caucus passed out white ballots and then said they were invalid. Nevada really bumbled this thing, a totally botched election. Never mind that election fraud is a felony.

I voted for Harry. Nevada is a state where most individuals have

to work graveyard and Saturdays, they have never made accommodation for "sundown" prior to this that I am aware of. They should in fact allow everyone to vote in this "special" way, if they allow it for some.

I don't see how this can't be

I don't see how this can't be a violation of the 14th Ammedment. Futhermore, the case could be made that they have made NO accomodation for a large percentage of the electorate.

Conversely, you have the NV Dems making all kinds of accomodations for these voters ...caucuses on the Vegas Strip where casino and service workers can vote without leaving work.

Cold Hard Video Evidence - CNN Video

If this is isn't evidence of foul play I have no clue what is.

Thanks for your 30 years of persistence in the face of ridicule and ignorance Dr. Paul.

CNN Tried to Show How Ron Paul Supporters Crashed

the "Special Group" of voters in Clark County. They even showed the count live... Opps.. Ron Paul Ron Paul Ron Paul Ron Paul Mitt Romney Ron Paul Ron Paul Newt G, (-0- Santorum). I didn't know that special rights came in groups. I thought rights were individual. I saw a threat to those signing the affadavits of "perjury" and a female lawyer retorting that YOU better be worried, this is a case of discrimination. Yep, get the ACLU on it. Easy to prosecute this one.

Heres an addition to your effort...

Cold, Hard Evidence? Are You Sure?

truthfocused, after paying attention to the video you linked to, I advise you continue moving your lens to attain focus.

Not once in this almost audio-less clip was Ron Paul's name uttered. It's absences such as these by DPers who make posts that are upsetting, unsettling and what induce a DPer to call out a DPer as being a troll, a decrepit person-thing sitting in wait to cause a stir.

The commentary you made here is becoming frequent on the DP. I dislike that trend. It's easy to think innocently about the kind of comment you made here, that it was an oversight or is a comment someone carried away in emotion made. But the difference between those two possibilities and deliberate sensational writing is thin -- and often they blend together to cause consternation.

Cold, hard evidence, huh? We'll see.

I'll look through your posts and comments to see what you write and how you write.

Perhaps the letters on the CNN headline were too small for you?

Read the CNN headline showed on the video...

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom — go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, an

Question: Where in THIS clip

Question: Where in THIS clip does the man the group of men are thwarting from entering the room say he is a Ron Paul supporter?

Question 2: If in the video the man states he is an RP supporter, why does THIS clip NOT contain that statement? Why is this clip truncated? Do you, manniman, have the full video? Please share it if you do.

Or maybe you and I should just believe CNN's text is accurate and true.

manniman, do you take the text as accurate and true?

Prove that CNN is lying in that instance

And that he's not who the headline is referring to. If you want to imply that CNN is lying in this instance, the burden of proof is on you buddy...

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom — go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, an

Yes, burden of proof is

Yes, burden of proof is involved.

The presenter of this video should prove his claim. He should find the video in which this man says he is a Ron Paul supporter. Otherwise, who views this clip and believes the text is accurate and truthful is satisfied by inaccuracy and falsity.

Inaccuracy? Maybe

Falsity? No, unless you can prove it's false of course...

Why don't you ask CNN for the full segment and other explanations on that if you're not satisfied? To me, it is a piece of supporting evidence for shenanigans in Nevada. Absolute proof? Determinately not.

Obviously, the person with the video recorded it live so there's no way he could have recorded the beginning of the segment.

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom — go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, an

Inaccuracy, yes. Yes, because of reasons I stated above here.

Falsity, maybe.

Are you going to ask CNN for the full clip?

LOL. You missed the point of this exercise, man.

It's not my responsibility. It's the guy above us who I replied to, the truthfocused guy. The responsibility is his and anyone who believes his claim. His claim: The man in the video the group is thwarting is a Ron Paul supporter.

If you believe what truthfocused said, prove what he said -- what you believe -- is true. The evidence so far is what he said and you belive is inaccurate. And what is inaccurate leads to championing falsity.

Argh. manniman. Our debate

Argh.

manniman. Our debate can be concluded easily and in your next reply. Just answer this question. Before you do, however, read it a few times. Read it however many times you need to to understand its significance, its significance between your claim and my claim.

manniman, where in the clip does the man say he is a Ron Paul supporter?

For the third time:

it's in the title and in the context of the video.

Of course the full video and/or CNN explanations would PROVE THAT HE'S AN RP SUPPORTER (even though there's evidence of that in the title) but the partial video is evidence that there was shenanigan in Nevada WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS EXERCISE...

Either you're evading my questions or you don't understand them. At any rate, my reply here is my last one in this debate.

Does this video show shenanigans in Nevada? No. Is it possible there were shenanigans in Nevada? Yes and I think yes. Yes, because of what I watched and read about this campaign season and four years ago and since then regarding treatment of Ron Paul and freedom.

Why did I answer no to my question, does this video show shenanigans? There is a tremendous amount of information missing, therefore conjecture is the next activity. So, search for more information.

What this video shows is a man who was prevented from entering a room, a site. Beyond that, nothing can be said assuredly. But pertaining to the video, anything can be said conjecturely.

Of course the full video and/or CNN explanations would PROVE THAT HE'S AN RP SUPPORTER

Of course!? But how do you know? manniman, how many times do I have to point out to you what we're debating is what's at hand, not what isn't at hand? We are debating the clip, for Pete's sake, manniman!

Because of that, your statement about the text in this clip remain what I said it is, irrelevant.

For the love of logic and reason, manniman, please focus!

Quick! What have you and I been debating?

Answer: the clip's contents, not contents outside this clip!!

These same assholes locked out 2-3 bus loads

of Ron Paul supporters at the Texas Straw Poll in 2007...
Your damn right it's a CRIMINAL FRAUD. Been there done that,
I've got my torch and pitchfork ready, time for talk is over with.

Just one last kick in the nuts, then a final deathblow

bump

.

Shouldn't it be called..

"election fraud", verses the popular, "voter fraud"..

"election fraud" is whats being claimed here with the numbers bein' skewed, which of course is being claimed here by: missing, out-of-count, so-on.

"voter fraud" would represent say, illegals, using dead peoples names, etc.

Oop, on some of these threads, added note.

Good Eye, and, yes, Language Does Matter

Which is why in my post Combating Vote Fraud I said vote -- not voter -- fraud.

vote (noun or verb): a mark in favor of a candidate in an election. To vote is to make a mark favoring a candidate in an election

voter: a person who votes.

-er: a person or thing
