If anything, they should be pushing for the use of cannabis oil in destroying skin cancer, since it is the "Sunshine State", and lots of those old folks got skin cancer. I do think it is effective topically.

I do not think smoking cannabis helps cancer (except maybe lung/head/neck cancer to a small degree). I did the calculations based on research, and the amounts of cannabis extract given to animals to push back cancer would be equal to a comatose amount in humans - I posted the calculations on Rick Simpson's website - and I can't remember exactly now - but it was something like several shots of pure oil per day (3-4 fl.oz. per day I think).

it is a shame so many senior citizens are opposed to this amazing plant because they have the most to gain from its use.

This is great.....makes sense, a lot of sense. They could have mentioned using a vaporizer instead of smoking though.
