Has the campaign formally addressed our concerns about vote fraud?

Hi everyone,

Has anyone received a formal statement from the campaign regarding the likelihood of vote fraud in Nevada and other states?

I am hoping for clarification from them. The outright dismissal of eight precincts in Iowa is suspicious to say the least; the discrepancy between expected results in Nevada and what actually happened warrants some kind of explanation.

Google this title "Nevada Vote Fraud Reaches New Levels of Insanity", and read to your hearts content, and remember, Rand, indicated, the campaign has questions also. I'm sure if and when anything is determined for certain by the campaign, and the time is right, it will be made public. Until then, stay positive, vigilant, and spread the word.

We do not have time to fritter away. The BHO administration, along w/both sides of the aisle, are taking us down road we don't want to be on, much less get to their appointed destination for us. I believe the situation is much more imminently catastrophic than most understand. The good Dr knows the truth better than we can. He has watched the "grand plan" for 40 yrs. We need him.

I cannot know everything, but you can bet I will read whatever I can, some with a grain of salt, but I will consider it all.

I think so

The nevada guy pretty much laid it out. He said that if the supporters came out and voted, we would have won, but they didn't. It makes me really sad to hear that considering how much energy has been put into being a "tireless irate minority." But alas, getting people out of their daily lives to do something positive still seems to be the challenge. I mean, its one time in 4 years that they have to do this in a presidential race. Why can't they just get out and vote? To me, the caucus format looks like a whole heck of a lot of fun. A lot better than the computer voting I have to do here in Mariliberaland(Maryland).

No fraud in Colorado last night,

We just got way outvoted. I still was fortunate enough to win a state delegate and congressional alternate even though Ron only got 4 out 30 votes in my precinct. People have to be clean cut, articulate, and credible to win delegate positions. My precinct was won by Santorum, then Romney. Newt got fourth there, a lot of LDS people. I just ran on my core beliefs and did not tell anyone i preferred Ron Paul

The campaign has to focus on campaigning

The campaign has to focus on campaigning. Making a formal statement will put pressure on them to hire investigators, lawyers, gather evidence, file lawsuits, gather witness testimony, appearing in courts, addressing the media etc… They wont be able to focus on campaigning with all that going on. This should be addressed when the campaign has run its course.

If the numbers don't match expose it for everything its worth

Not untill you have proof should you go spouting off about this. If the election is being cheated in any way shape or form and we can show the GOP's willingness to silence Ron's vote then we have to expose it. In doing so we will probably loose several of the delegates from Nevada, but we will also gain more productivity in the future. There are a few weeks before super Tuesday if we can do this soon we will be able to fight the onslaught of name calling and bashing and then be able to prove that Ron Paul was cheated and get the real truth out there.

Perception is everything

The campaign wants to avoid be painted as a "sore loser" or "conspiratorial" at ALL COSTS.

it is more than that

people here who scream (quite literally) about vote fraud have a choice:

a) the RP campaign is completely incompetent and failed to monitor the voting (caucuses in particular)

b) the RP campaign did monitor the voting and counting and determined that the results published were reasonably close to the figures they had and thus they accepted them as valid.

c) the RP campaign found minor inconsistencies and reporting issues but none which would have a sufficiently material effect on the outcome (delegate count) to pursue correction

There is no perfect election. Votes will be mistabulated, not counted, double counted. It doesn't matter if it is paper ballots counted by hand or machine scanned. The error will never be 0.

Even the Judge dealt with it delicately

when talking to Rand last night. At least it was mentioned.

Well...

They're going to lose a lot of money to save face. Running Ron like an establishment candidate is tanking them yet again.

Exactly

I have seen so many people lately saying that they are not giving another dime to the campaign until this issue is addressed and US supporters are brought up to speed. Leaving us out of the loop is different than making a big deal about it with the media. Now many people are losing faith and already talking about voting third party and looking a Gary Johnson etc.

I got an email reply

from someone with the campaign in Nevada, but forgot to ask if I could post what they said. I've emailed back with more questions and to ask if I can post their replies.

However, if you're concerned about this, email the campaign. Email Wead, perhaps. I think it's helpful for them to know how much pressure is building up over this concern. It's causing people to suspect the campaign of incompetence, and to become discouraged and feel helpless. The more they're aware of just how damaging the growing suspicions and frustrations are, the more likely they'll address the issue and try to turn the negative energy into positive energy.

They're checking into it with a legal team.

That's what I got from a call to the campaign.

That made me feel better for about 10 seconds

Then I realized it meant they have turned to lawyers for help. Things are BADDDDDDD..... Turning to the sharks and saying "Would you help out a chum?"
I hope they find good advice in that pool of experts.

You seem to imply that all lawyers are bad.

Thanks for the info.

I hope they are seriously looking into it. The precincts in Iowa that weren't counted is a good start.

You bet

I would give it some time, and it may take weeks, like Iowa.

But I dare say the patriots in Nevada will rest easy until they get their recount. I would let them handle it and see what becomes of it. I seriously doubt there will be much arm twisting by the GOP to the Paul campaign, nor will they drop him from the GOP simply because they can ill afford for him to run third party, nor can they risk loosing his supporters (of whom are not party partisans anyway). They are in a true pickle, and they know it. At this point many have come to the realization that their status quo torch carriers cannot take out Obama, Gingrich and Santorum cannot get the delegates, and Romney cannot get the conservative vote nor the liberty vote, but they do not fret. Remember that this is the party of one, Dems and Repugnats together to pull the wool over the peoples eyes. The end result is that it is more important to keep the status quo in power than a member of the status quo from your own party. The only way possible for a Paul win is a delegate revolt at the convention, and rest assured they will have their best partisans there to run the show.

I suspect

that serious arm-twisting is going on behind the scenes, in which the GOP is probably threatening the campaign if they take any of these fraud allegations or questions public.

I'm sure that there's something like that going on. It could be as serious as threatening to throw Ron out of the GOP and the presidential primary race. And they might even be extending the punishments to Rand also.

These political organizations use coercions and extortions like this as their everyday stock-in-trade. It' SOP for them.
You can expect they are doing something like this.

Let them threaten...

...go ahead and drive Ron and Rand out. It would give them the perfect reason to run 3rd party: "We didn't leave them, they pushed us overboard!" The GOP is toast without them.
