Notice how the government and media have changed the terminology for describing the targets of drone strikes over time, from terrorists in the beginning, to enemy combatants, to Islamic extremists, to insurgents, to now suspected militants. What's next, suspected armed people?

MIRANSHAH, Pakistan, (Reuters) - Missiles fired from a United States drone killed 10 suspected militants in Pakistan’s North Waziristan region near the Afghanistan border on Wednesday, residents and Pakistani security officials said.
