France for Ron Paul

Real people speaking with emotion.

Glad to see some french manage to escape the french MSM brainwashing (*) that preyed on my fellow froggies for too long already, and deeply understand Ron Paul.

I liked very much the tone of overwhelmed sincerity.

My experience in France recently

I spent 3 weeks in Paris recently, from Dec. 29 thru Jan. 22.
One day at lunch, the owner of a neighborhood brasserie was serving my food and could tell from my horrible French accent that I was American. She stopped everything, and sat down to talk to me. She was very earnest, and intent on having a meaningful discussion on what is happening in our country. She spoke with great concern and urgency when inquiring of my opinion on what is taking place in the U.S. She said, "We are watching you. The world is watching you." This was not said with any judgement attached, but more in a "we are counting on you" type sentiment. I assured her that there is a groundswell of activism in the fight to preserve liberty, and that it is growing every day.

It was one of the highlights of my visit. The love of liberty truly IS a worldwide concern, and they look to us as an example... and for hope.

Yes we do

and that probably is because we don't have a single politician whose records are as consistent as Ron Paul's ones

Merci a toi, Temudjin

Salut a toi, Ami!

Your video moved me much when I eventually noticed it, as you were still at 30 or so views on Youtube, I immediately decided to share it here.
Take the care, and yes let's help the restoration of true America with and for its good People. This is a great country which doesn't deserve to regress more, no more than ours either.
Cheers,
My friend!

I love the French people.

Seriously. If you go there, you will love them too!

I agree! I spent a month in

I agree! I spent a month in Southern France (Toulouse, Tillac and Marciac). Very friendly people. However, if you don't speak French, you may misconstrue about French people as standoffish.

ja parli francais un petit...

only got me so far.

Spending a night on a park bench under the Eiffel Tower smoking a hookah with Parisians and buying a 2 foot long bread roll for 0.50 Euro were about my happiest moments from the 4 days I spent there.

Viva la France.

They that give up liberty for security deserve neither.

R3V on!!

Canada for Ron Paul

There are plenty of people around the world that look to Ron Paul for inspiration. Especially in regards to monetary policy and foreign policy.

He has definitely opened my eyes and changed my perspective on many things.

Because I live in Canada, much of our politics is heavily influenced by American politics. I discuss the GOP debates often with my friends, and I find more and more of them recognize who Ron Paul is, and support what he does..especially the younger generation.

The idea of liberty is becoming much more appealing and is growing...not only in the US, but around the world.

Second that!

Well said Shaun!

Je t'aime!

Bonjour mon ami.

Thanx,

Jason

Bump

from a frenchman too =)
Liberty is popular... all around the world !

Its not just

the French, i noticed it months ago that before RP, people in other countries pay attention to our politics more than we do. When I ask a lot of them how do they know so much about our politics, and why do they pay attention so well, they tell me because our politics affects the entire world dramatically. This is not coincidence...people from most other countries have already been screwed over in every way possible by their government, they are are not dumb like MSM makes us feel..they are smart...and they are egging us on telling us PLEAAASE get Ron Paul in office, because they can tell BS for not BS, and they know most americans are having wool pulled over thier eyes...America is waking up...and very very fast...for the sake of not just us but the world we need to keep educating as many people as possible...these elites are so scared and in a few months its going to be pretty funny for all of us to laugh at if we educate enough people...

Totally agreeeeee

Ron Paul above all the others has the biggest coalition/tent of all. Why not include the rest of the world in this tent? Liberty is personal, is it not? Certainly not governmental.

No disrespect intended (and

No disrespect intended (and all the international support and well wishes are important for the campaign and the supporters), but the most important thing is that this is an American revolution, not a French, Egyptian or Green... We need to concentrate our efforts and attention on the here and now, otherwise there won't be an America left for anyone.

Support freedom and liberty candidates in 2012... Ron Paul... Gary Johnson...

You started off so well..

"No disrespect intended (and all the international support and well wishes are important for the campaign and the supporters)."

'Nuff said, no time for "isolationism" here ;)

What's wrong with a little support from overseas? And besides, don't you think that the bipartisan US foreign policies of the past century haven't had somewhat of a global impact? Don't you think that the US model of monetary fascism, or "Fedishism", hasn't had an impact around the world?

Yes, the Ron Paul R3Volution originated in America, and we've got all you freedom loving, truly patriotic Americans to thank for it. But the philosophy of (economic) Freedom and individual Liberty is both universal and eternal. Across space and time, people have always stood up in defence of their god-given natural right to their life, their liberty and the fruits of their labour.

Touche! Velveeta Underground, but you're

dead wrong-this time. The US Monetary and Foreign Policy effects almost everyone worldwide adversely and has for my entire life. Why shouldn't these individuals have a vote? Even if hypothetically. The world is GLOBAL now. And the good news so far is that we individuals can still communicate with each other.

But more importantly, how are a couple of tweets, FB and YT postings going to keep any of us from losing sight of our ground game here? No WAY!

Until Paul, I could never figure out how it came to be that Europeans knew OR cared so damn much about America-not just our policies-they knew our politicians by name and their views! What's up with that!? Don't they have their own problems to worry about!!??

Face it, they got good reason! It's to the rEVOLution's detriment to marginalise them.

Like temugjin said, " I wouldn't have understood the problems in the world if not for Ron Paul".

Our efforts are not seperate

People like Peter Schiff, often reference New Zealand, as a place with no capital gains, farming subsidies, gift tax, inheritance tax etc.

Ron Paul often references Switzerland as a good model.

If it was a couple of years later I would have volunteered for Paul's campaign although not an American.

Great thinkers such as Frederic Bastiat (Who Ron Paul recommended reading) was French.

You should take friends where you can get them. You never know what they bring to the table.

I have a friend from Argentina and his English is almost exactly like here.

He is of Arabic background

Lots of Arabs in France. The combination of his native tongue and French make up the accent. I have talked to hundreds of them.

"They used to come get you and lock you up because you were insane, Now they come get you and lock you up because you are sane"

Thanks

You are correct, I heard they make up nearly 10 per cent of the pop.

Thank you for your testimony, it was great!

JohnPhillipSousa's picture

While I was writing a little "merci beacoup' on YT

it occurred to me that an international 'election' could be set up online for non-U.S. voters. A ballot with all candidates, incl. Obama. And a list of countries so they could click on their country after voting.

"If You Could Vote For President of the U.S., Who Would You Vote For?"

Temudjin said he didn't think the other candidates would get many votes. Could be great PR for Paul. For the Paul naysayers, I'd just say it makes sense to let them vote since our Foreign Policy effects everyone worldwide.

If I knew anything or knew someone who could set up a webpage I'd do it myself. I don't think this has ever been done before. But I do know it would be fantastic to see individuals from Muslimm countries and Israel voting for Paul.

Any thoughts, maybe a website-maker person I could contact?
