Yes..and hard to believe, too. He is "tinkering around the edges to fix a financial crisis, or something..
This is a sign
that Obama is shaping his positions to be competitive with...Ron Paul.
He will make more moves in this direction but it is just superficial political manoeuvring. The bulk of his programme is the Marxist synthesis. He loses nothing of this by giving States waivers on No Child Left Behind.
Kudos to Senator Paul for the balance of his remarks asking for more waivers from the globalist EPA, Obamacare and Dodd-Frank. As he said outright repeal would be better all round. This is his father's position.
