URGENT! We need another ad to DESTROY Santorum!

We destroyed Gingrich the first time he surged because of the amazing job the campaign did with the Serial Hypocrite ad.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CWKTOCP45zY

Then after Santorum's first rise in Iowa, the campaign came out with this ad, running it SC 2 weeks before the 1/21 primary:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qhgkUv0vtSA

Note how different the style of the two ads are? One gives the appearance of objectivity by using third party news clips... the other employs the narration tactic used to try and sink Rick Perry.

It didn't work for Perry, it didn't work for Santorum...

Why has the campaign failed to put out an effective hit piece on Santorum? I mean really, what can be the excuse for this?

With Santorum out of the way, we can destroy Romney!!!!

I don't understand how hard it is to do a Serial Hypocrisy ad for Santorum, seeing as how there's been many TV spots and newsclippings, and even campaign videos showing Santorum to be a big government liberal, just like Ron said!

Exhibit A

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjCZXfhjoWA&t=5m13s

Choice words: "You see, government needs to be big... if people don't order their lives correctly"

Exhibit B

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRW30b_51KY&feature=player_em...

Choice words: "They aren't getting this bomb so they can drop it on Israel...what they want [it] for is so that they are protected."

Exhibit C

http://bit.ly/wQklEY

Starts at :30 and ends at :32

Choice words:

"If everyone in this country had medical savings accounts--"

"I'm not saying everybody should."

Exhibit D

Choice section:

Then Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum thought enough of Jerry Sandusky nine years ago to sponsor the former Penn State defense coordinator for a “Congressional Angels in Adoption” award...

Exhibit E

http://www.washingtonmonthly.com/political-animal/2011_05/de...

Choice section:

“I came to the House as a real deficit hawk, but I am no longer a deficit hawk,” said Sen. Rick Santorum (R-Pa.). “I’ll tell you why. I had to spend the surpluses. Deficits make it easier to say no.”

There is so much more on this guy, including his support for earmarks, his remarks about giving black people money, and more that I'm sure will turn off a lot of Republicans, even the diehard evangelicals.

So what you do is you first start off with a clip of Santorum attacking Romney and Gingrich and talking up his record in the last debate.

Throw together the clips and quotes from the articles in question, some TV spots, scary music, and pepper it in with Santorum claiming he's a true conservative.

Then at the end, have him end by saying "my record is pretty darn good".

I don't have the tools to cut something like this together but if the campaign could or someone around here would do that, I'm sure we could make it go viral!

I agree but I think the Superpacs ought to do it

They should take down All 3 stooges. Let the Campaign focus on positive message.

We can not compete against

We can not compete against Romney in alll the states. It is better we have more people in the race to dillute the delegates. Dont forget, santorum hasnt officially gotten any delegates yet, there is no reason to sink someone that has nothing and is spending money against Romney.

I would interpret a

I would interpret a nomination of Santorum as an admission of defeat for the GOP. Rick has a cult following among the far right psychos. But I think most reasonable people recognize that he is a total wack job. Ive even heard people who "kinda like" Santorum acknowledge that he would probably be an awful President. The old George Bush adage, "Id like to have a beer with him but hes a terrible politician".

At the same time, I thought for sure that Santorum would have hung himself by now. Like Newt destroyed himself with his moon colony idea. But Ricky Boy is hanging in there. The longer he stays in the race the harder it will be for Ron Paul to win. Sometimes I wonder if Santorum is getting bribed behind the scenes to stay in the race, just to keep votes away from RP. Unless the GOP has completely and totally lost their minds, they have to recognize that this man would have no shot in the general election.

Frothy was taken in down in NH

Then the other serpent rose.... Captian Kangaroo. Romney took down the kangaroo in Nevada, Then Frothy stuck his nasty head up again. I think it is a game the establishment is playing to keep the vote split so Romney can keep gaining delegates. I'm all for taking Frothy down again. But, I think it should be a double edge sword. Taking both serpents out at the same time!

It's time! Rand Paul 2016!

"Truth, Justice, and the American Way!"

Since people think Santorum is so PURE call him a CON MAN

and that should get their attention..as that is not the perception people have of this boyscout.

Then give examples.

Then say something about his arrogance and show him with his chin way up in the air or have a person wearing a GIANT sweatervest saying they are RICK SANTORUM AND I took money for:

l. and list it
2. and list this
3 and list the third thing he voted for pork on

Then fill up his cheeks like they are like a chipmunk with nuts and have him hop around like a bunny with a CON MAN SIGN ON HIM.

the LAST bit needs to attack the EVANGELICAL love fest

He supported a bill that funded PLANNED PARENTHOOD.

That is critical.

Check this out:

Here is a video clip on his support for ARLEN SPECTER:
http://www.newsmax.com/InsideCover/Santorum-Haunted-Pro-abor...

Regarding the Specter endorsement:

Santorum himself has acknowledged that the endorsement was a mistake. At the Southern Republican Leadership Conference in April 2010, Santorum “apologized" for his support of Specter.(Read more on Newsmax.com: Santorum Haunted by Support of Pro-abortion Specter)

We, then, need to show a recent record of Dr. Paul:

Planned Parenthood & Dr. Paul:

"Voted in favor of the Pence Amendment (H.R 217, amendment of the Public Health Service Act), which is a bill designed to ban all federal funding for Planned Parenthood and eliminating the fiercely criticized Title X program), 18 February 2011"

the LAST bit needs to attack the EVANGELICAL love fest

He supported a bill that funded PLANNED PARENTHOOD.

The UnFamily Candidate

Two articles published, here, one published and one remains unpublished. The published one is The Diabolical World of Rick Santorum. If you go in under dr.k.research find the unpublisheable one (because of a word in there that they screen against).

This would be the ad. He is the most UNfamily-friendly person of all, even more than Gingrich. It's all in these articles. Compare that to Dr. Paul and his lovely wife, grand-kids; he's the real family candidate. Let's take this away from this scoundrel.

This is a very good title.....not too

far out for the Evangelicals to pay attention to.

Additional DIRT~~

http://fellowshipofminds.wordpress.com/2012/01/18/pro-life-s...

While he was in the U.S. Senate representing Pennsylvania, Rick Santorum, a pro-life Roman Catholic, had voted to fund indirectly (through title X family planning) Planned Parenthood clinics.

Santorum also voted in favor of HR 796, the Abortion Clinic Access Bill; his was a “key vote”. HR 796 sought to amend the federal criminal code to prohibit actions directed at clinics which perform abortion procedures, or at those persons attempting to access these clinics.

He also enthusiastically campaigned for pro-abortion Arlen Specter against the more conservative Pat Toomey.

Here’s some more of Santorum’s troubling voting record:

■Santorum voted for H J Res 47 – Debt Limit Increase Resolution – Key Vote .
■He flip flopped on gun rights, voting against S 1805 – Firearms Manufacturers Protection Bill.
■Santorum also voted for the Military Commissions Act of 2006 — the predecessor to the now infamous NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012) — which:

1.Strips the right of detainees to habeas corpus (the traditional right of detainees to challenge their detention);
2.Gives the US President the power to detain indefinitely anyone—US or foreign nationals, from within the US, and from abroad—it deems to have provided material support to anti-US hostilities, and even use secret and coerced evidence (i.e. through use of torture) to try detainees who will be held in secret US military prisons;
3.Gives US officials immunity from prosecution for torturing detainees that were captured before the end of 2005 by US military and CIA.

Meanwhile, the Daily Mail yesterday had a bizarre story on Karen Garver, before she married Rick Santorum, having a years-long cohabitating love affair with an abortion-doctor Thomas E. Allen. Allen not only was 40 years older than Karen, he had delivered her as a baby. Yuck!

Like her husband Rick, Karen Santorum is now pro-life and Catholic. The Santorums have 7 children.

I could be wrong but...

I politely suggest you change the title of your Headline to
The Case for New Ad TO Sink Romney Now! Or Something along those lines, to get more views. I have a feeling most people are thinking the campaign is doing things the right way strategically with the psychological aspects included. With thoughts such as we need him there for whatever reason(I cant detail now) but You seem to to have done a very good job with your research. I have not read it yet. I'm leaving and will have to come back later.

Exibit A is not a good example.

It's taken out of context. However, he doesn't practice what he's preaching in that clip...

Senator Peter Schiff 2016

Talk about how deceptively took money from public schools

and was taken to court by the Penn Hills School District for extorting 100,000-plus. When they demanded it's return through court proceedings, he refused. Ended up getting somehow money from the Department of Education and offered that as settlement. Penn Hills was forced to take it, $55,000.

YES! I forgot about that! I

YES! I forgot about that!

I tweeted a question about that during one of the CNN debates but they never used it.
