Saw the push for recording, how about a site to keep track of it?

So I started building a website which could keep track of everything, and people could post their videos/pictures and results for their county/preninct.
The site for now is http://jaclom-studios.com/rp/ if it could be useful I will buy a domain.
Do you guys think this could be useful?
