Rick Santorum Touts his Liberal Street Cred (Video)+Liberal Voting Record

Watch how Rick Santorum touts his liberal street cred in this 2006 campaign ad (Mr. Electable lost by a wide margin) as he panders how he worked on liberal causes with some of the top liberals in Congress.

They should have played this at CPAC after he talked about being a principled conservative.

What about Rick defending Liberal Republican Arlen Spector and endorsing him in this video?

Arlen Specter then switched parties to the Democrats and voted for ObamaCare!

Here is Rick's (non) answer on why he supported Arlen Spector:

Going back to the gold standard "doesn't make any sense" to Rick Santorum, he says, because there's not enough gold for it to work.

ROFLMAO...

MITT ROMNEY: STILL UN-ELECTABLE
http://wilco287.com/

I don't know what is worse

-his bragging about working with three liberals-leiberman, boxer and Clinton
-touting a "land use" project
-that self satisfied smirk at the end as if he is better than everyone because he can work with liberals
-the wrestling backdrop
-that he didn't lose by more than 16%
-that he still has a viable political career

Obama vs. Santorum

I read somewhere recently that the whole Obama machine is pushing Santorum. It's either because (A) he would guarantee an Obama win or (B) if Santy wins, things will get even worse.

Freedom is my Worship Word!

Is this Rick Santorum's Next Ad?

Not just a joke. This ad and his ad above play on the same emotions and make the same claims. Very similar.

For Freedom!
The World is my country, all mankind is my brethren, to do good is my religion.

You forgot

The worst part is the way he lies so easily about it all. Doesn't bat an eye.

Santorum is the most dangerous candidate to come along in a lifetime. We're talking about an Adolf Hitler personlity.

Damn dude.

Damn dude.

I agree on that...Santorum

I agree on that...Santorum wants to oppress groups that don't agree with him, very much in the same way Hitler did. The only difference, he's 'pretending' to care by doing it 'legally', by making his beliefs law. LBGT and Islam would be Santorum's 'Judaism'.

Sadly, that's not much of an exaggeration. This is a man who thinks Islam has been committing acts of terror against 'us' for over 300 years(I'm dead serious, he said that)

Will Ricky make us wear pink crescents before he ships us off to

be re-educated (or worse)?

Santorum voted for new Medicare Entitlements.

Santorum voted to increase funding of the Dept. of Education

Principled small government conservative Santorum somehow thought the Federal Department of Education needed more money.

Unlike Ron Paul who wants to eliminate the department of Education entirely

Santorum Voted Against the National Right to Work Act

http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_c...

His principled conservative reason for doing so is I think that his state was for it but he was against it

Santorum voted to keep funding the NEA

Maybe Rick likes federally funded cowboy poetry festivals as much as Harry.

In this video Harry defends funding the National Endowment of the Humanities (which I think is a separate Federal entity from the National Endowment of the Arts)
