I've been of the mind to create the "Tea Party" as an actual national organized party, however I like what I've been reading on this thread. I don't see why we couldn't assume all necessary positions in the GOP in order to make it do our bidding before the end of this cycle.
It seems the opposition doesn't have much for boots on the ground they are just made of pure money. We're fighting the revolution that our founders intended... the delegate battles are there to ensure that the liberty of the few was protected by the ability to organize that "tireless irate minority" into something productive like a full on delegate revolt if necessary at a brokered convention.

Stuff like this is always big news. People are obsessed with celebrities, and Whitney was a HUGE one.
And they love tragedies, deaths, court cases, drama.

That said, just because the media obsesses over celebrities for days on end doesn't mean the public is engaged or interested in it. Its simply an excuse to distract us from our problems and the real issues. Its a means of buying time for the regime. Also, the MSM treats celebrities very well if they are statists and go on TV saying the "government should do this or that", or "we need to do this or that".
