Webster said any caucus results that come in after Saturday wouldn't be counted no matter how close the vote turned out to be.

"Some caucuses decided not to participate in this poll and will caucus after this announcement," Webster said. "Their results will not be factored in. The absent votes will not be factored into this announcement after the fact."

It's simply should not count as a Maine state caucus if the entire state doesn't get to participate.

It was a "beauty contest"

Without bound delegates, and Ron won the vast majority of those delegates.
But for a "beauty contest" it sure shows the Ugly face of the establishment NeoCons, even the very blind can see a 200 vote lead with 17% left to report was not the proper place to declare a winner.

Ron Paul continues to do well with 1% of Romney's resources-- .0001% of the Neo-con press bias of Santorum, Romney and Gingrich...

But!

Ron Paul supporters are committed, smarter and determined not to fail.

Ron Paul is doing better than ever before everywhere including Nevada where the beauty contest was rigged but he walked away with a ton of delegates!

First, Washington county is identified as a stronghold for Ron Paul. Then team Romney steps in and somehow convinces them to postpone the caucus because of a bogus snow storm, and now the Maine GOP chair rules that the voting will be over today, anyone voting after today is not counted.
