'Napolitano Suggests Vast Government Conspiracy'
Submitted by VR on Sat, 02/11/2012 - 20:35I know. We can't say "conspiracy" here.
Former constitutional judge and host of FOX Business program, “Freedom Watch with Judge Napolitano” suggested Friday that a vast establishment conspiracy exists to perpetuate a phony two-party system that aims to quell dissent and control the outcome of elections.

Don't avoid the word "conspiracy" !!!
Of course, conspiracies occur. Prosecutors convict people and send them to prison all the time over conspiracies. Conspiracy to commit murder. Conspiracy to launder money. Conspiracy to do this or that.
But when it comes to political conspiracies, somehow "that never happens," and people have a knee-jerk reaction to the concept.
And WHY do you think people have no problem at all accepting the idea that people engage in conspiracies to commit murder, but not political conspiracies? It's because they have been influenced to think that way -- by a conspiracy.
Of course, political conspiracies exist. MOST of politics is about conspiracies. Look at the Maine caucus. Or the Nevada caucus. Or the non-vetting of Barrack Obama. Or the Gulf of Tonkin incident. Or the Reichstag fire.
History is full of them. Politicians and shadowy parasites who leech off the system engage in them all the time, so it is their best interest to promote the idea that anybody who talks about a political conspiracy is somehow nutty.
Just imagine if a prosecutor brought charges of "Conspiracy to Commit Murder" and the judge or jury started laughing at them as if it he were nutty.
Who, exactly, are the nutty ones?
Right!
This whole bit about people being afraid to talk about "conspiracy" is because they are being controlled by Political Correctness doctrines which seek to control discussion, and thus control thought. These are the "Thought Police".
And the reason that there are these Political Correctness rules about not using the term "Conspiracy", and all the ridicule and marginalizing about it has one purpose, and one purpose ONLY.
To protect the conspirators.
We MUST throw off the chains of Political Correctness forever, and only then will be able to see what evils the walls of Political Correctness have protected therein.
Rule #1: If it is Politically Incorrect to think something, say something, or question something, then that is where a big problem exists, and that is exactly what needs to be thought, said, and questioned.
Political correctness: A liberal ideology that Espouses that

Have you ever been in a crowd of people
and have some insensitive know-it-all call you out as a conspiracy theorist because you don't embrace EVERYTHING the establishment feeds the populace?
I have.
It made me more determined to stand by my beliefs. I admire the Judge for speaking the truth in a public forum.
Just read this this morning:

Good video.
it's hard to be awake; it's easier to dream--
Conspiracies exist. It's a fact.
They have existed before, and they will exist in the future.
They even have a word in the dictionary, "conspiracy", which describes it.
The idea that there are no conspiracies is idiotic. Anybody who claims to "not believe in conspiracies" is a moron.
The entire history of mankind is steeped in conspiracies from Day One. To say there are no conspiracies going on now is to show that you are more ignorant than a toadstool.
Yes
Yesterday's conspiracy theories are today's history lessons.

This is not a conspiracy...
This is not a conspiracy... if you read any serious academic text on democracy and the different parliamentary systems you can have, you'll find exactly what the judge describes here. It's not a secret and it's not even a new idea. Judge is repeating (what should be) common knowledge that everybody that has ever read a book on parliamentary history or constitutional law or the principles of democracy knows about.
Btw, a two party system is typical for anglo-american style democracies. The European continent favors multi-party democracies that, in their own way, create a similar deadlocked status quo situation.
Personally I don't know which is best, they all have pretty big shortcomings.

Understanding what 'conspiracy' means
In the political context, when two or more persons in power secretly collude towards a definite aim, it is conspiracy. I don't know why so many people have been subdued into alarm when they hear the term 'conspiracy'. This is the effect of the corporate media.
Conspiracy is the order of the day in politics. Conspiracy is the stuff that history is made of.
Now, theorizing about conspiracy, that's a different matter: some theories are wrong, others are based on sound evidence. Having been an investigator/prosecutor for 17 years I think I know what sound evidence is. I can tell you that much of so-called 'conspiracy theory' is fact.
As to the issue in subject, this has all been long known. Read Carroll Quigley's "Tragedy and Hope" - I believe Ron Paul had referred to it. It lays out the two-party, one-system conspiracy in plane view.
When it comes to 'conspiracy' the deeper you dig, the more of it you discover - until you eventually realize what we're really up against.
I totally agree with your
I totally agree with your point, but that's why I don't like the word 'conspiracy', it's a loaded term. It makes it harder to have an open debate. Every politician in essence conspires, that's the basic job description. We here are conspiring to put Paul in office.
I haven't read Tragedy and Hope, but I know what it deals with. That's what I'm talking about. He exposes things the ruling elite would like to keep secret. Why? They're afraid the man in the street won't understand it. That's typical of socialists, it's part and parcel of their ideology. It sounds bad, it is bad.. but they honestly don't see it that way.
The conspiracy part there is not the aims they are working towards, but the aim of keeping their aims (and identity) secret. In Europe, where the left is much stronger, this stuff is done more openly. It's mainstream politics and I come from a political family. I talk to people that believe in it all the time. They want global governance, a strong UN, EU etc... they think it's a good thing. They think this (eventually) achieves the most freedom, prosperity and happiness for everyone. They're wrong, but they don't see why, they think we are wrong.
My point is that by constantly labeling it conspiracies, it kind of ignores that these conspiracies (I just call them plans) come out of a particular worldview and corresponding ideology. The word conspiracy calls to mind evil intentions, enslaving the human race or whatever. I don't think that's the case. By calling it that, we don't get to the heart real problem and that's what I want. I'm not happy with calling out the bad and labelling it.. I want to fix it.
We probably agree much more than you think ;)

you lost me at Democracy ,
you lost me at Democracy , we're a Republic...
Uh yeah.. so are China,
Uh yeah.. so are China, Russia, France and Brasil. Your point is? If you want a republic but don't care about democracy, you're in the wrong country.
I think you're confusing some terms:
-A Republic just means you don't have a monarchy, like the UK or the Netherlands have. So monarchy or republic is the choice there.
-A Democracy simply means citizens have the right to vote, just like in the the UK and the Netherlands. See where I'm going with this? So Democracy or Dictatorship is the choice there.
They describe different things.
A republic doesn't have to be democratic (China or Russia) and a monarchy can still be a democracy (Netherlands, UK, Belgium) but doesn't have to be (absolute monarchies, pretty rare.. but like Qatar and Bahrain in essence) and Cuba calls themselves a Democratic Republic, go figure...
In a republic you generally vote for a president.
In a monarchy you vote for prime-minister, there's usually no president.
There's a lot more to it. There's symbolic heads of state, de facto heads of state, federations, confederations.
hope this clears it up?

The Judge should be Paul's running mate.
I think Paul should announce his running mate early, this could also boost the results and donations.
It is very real and it
It is very real and it doesn't need to be called a conspiracy. Certain factions of people give a disproportionately large amount of money to political campaigns and so they have disproportionate influence as well. It is through democracy that our system is corrupted. The media is acting in it's own self-interest because they wouldn't have much to report on if there were no wars and no crises to deal with. Would it be a conspiracy if pro-marijuana groups gave money to both parties to influence legislation? The problem is that there is not a lot of money behind pro-peace and free market causes because no one makes money off of them. We have to convince people and spread the word at the grassroots level to counter this.
We are doing a disservice to ourselves when we blame vast conspiracies whenever we lose elections. Yes, they are unfair to us a lot of the time and it sucks, but it's how the system works right now. They don't need to resort to rigging elections because the establishment has everyone wrapped around their finger anyway.
oh no..
We can call it a conspriacy. After all, if they had everyone rapped around their finger they wouldn't purposefully ignore Ron Paul on both sides of the isle..Instead, they purposefully work together to bring about a NWO any diffuse and threats.
Again, Fox, CBS, NBC, Democratic Party(and its wing of progessive globalist leaders), Republican Party, and all other outlets of the establishmnet purposefully work together in a conspiracy to bring about a NEW World..and diffuse any threats to that agenda (Ron Paul).
No different than the conspiracy that created a New World back in 1913 with the institution if the Central Banking system.
easy explanation
Tptb want us to fight EACH OTHER. it's their design to distract the american people from the real problem: THEM. they count on us to be so distracted by petty issues that we don't notice their theft and corruption
The left vs right false paradigm is
just a game played by the politicians. They are really collectivists, playing for the same end result, using different mantras, in order, to dominate the two divisions created. This system is building the road to Totalitarian Collectivism, much like the system created by the Bolsheviks in Russia, as both are funded by the House of Rothschild, the true owners of the Fed and other central banks throughout the world. The eventual ruling power will be in their created state of Israel, or the creation of the Synagogue of Satan (Rev 2:9) for their messiah the anti Christ. http://www.abidemiracles.com/555701.htm
Both Parties receive unlimited funding from the FED
Most politicians are blind pawns except those that have graduated beyond the two party into the global elite. Most in politics are just chasing personal riches and power without any real deeper convictions beyond their own egos. We are dealing with generations of loss and confusion.
Thank God for Ron Paul and the awakening he is bringing to the realty of our condition.
A vote for the lesser of two evils is still a vote for evil.
A vote for liberty is always a vote for liberty.
I will vote for Ron Paul as either the nominee or as a write in.

Wait for the bankruptcy and
Wait for the bankruptcy and collapse of the nations they control. They will be dealt with when the bankruptcy of their ideas become apparent to all.
Freedom movements in all the Western nations are essential. Organized freedom loving people stand the best chance of ascending to power when the NWO is brought down in the next major financial crisis.
Market forces will play a significant role in forcing governments to shrink. But it'll be our job to ensure that the state loses its power over money and debt, and maintain or restore personal and economic liberties once the empire draws its final breath.
Since the " bankruptcies" are part
Since the " bankruptcies" are part of the plan, in that we American taxpayers have bailed them out to the tune of @100 billion dollars so far that I know off I fear depending upon this strategy.
The IMF/ FED cabal is robbing us blind, without checks and balances we actually have no idea how much of our money they've gleefully stolen these last 99 years. Trillions.
Greece has been tottering on the edge for how long now, at least a year. The " default " warnings sound every week, the austerity measures steal Greeks pensions, lower their wages, layoffs, and now put their national landmarks up for sale with no real end to the madness in sight. The Greek peoples riot and rage, their overlords using water cannon and tear gas, but what's next should more austerity befall them?
And in America under Obama/ Bush/ Clinton/ Bush our entitlement society has grown massively. Under Obama alone 23% more Americans are on the dole, official unemployment numbers hide multiple millions of people who no longer seek work, and the inflationary index no longer figures in basic needs like food and fuel costs to hide rampant inflation. Yet we can't get congress to actually cut real dollars from the debt, now over 15 trillion. Rather the pander to our hopes when they announce they spend only 1 trillion rather than 1.5 trillion, pathetically the sheep actually buy this BS as a debt reduction.
No the plan is to bankrupt the word, that's the tool to cause massive civil unrest here and abroad. Just how well do you think an unhappy populace would do with rifles against LARP, tanks, drones, a spy cam on every corner, militarized police, and a multination goon squad run by the UN? I'm a realist, I don't hold out much hope for civil unrest or worse to be viable under the current state of militarization here at home, simply put the citizen is at present out gunned, out maneuvered, and almost out of options. So what is the purpose of these bankruptcies and the following unrest ?
Simple, so our government can remove the final vestiges of freedoms, the 2nd. Amendment and freedom of religion under the guise of " protecting us". Therefor it is imparative that no matter the causation that we remain calm and focused, do NOT give these psychopaths an excuse to enslave us completely. now is not the time for civil disobedience.
That's why getting Ron elected right now is paramount, because from where I watch this IS our last chance to restore the constitution and foil the globalist agenda. And because it is the last chance, the Globalists are doing everything they can to stop Ron, that's why I continually pray for him, that's why I work tirelessly on his behalf, that's why I spend my wealth supporting him, because we must win. Not only must we win, we ARE winning and the Globalists are very irritated that no matter how they play us we just keep coming at them undaunted, determined, focused. They can't understand, because they arevmotivated by greed and power, whereas we are motivated by freedom and hope.
Stay the course, it's a marathon not a sprint.

No...bankruptcy is going to bring down the NWO
Bankruptcy is what has brought down all great empires, if they don't die first of something else.
At the end of a great empire, the political class hangs on to power not by consent of the governed but by their ability to buy aquiescence. Entitlement programs, welfare payouts, foreign aid, lavish pensions, the list goes on. And its played out like this over and over throughout history.
Once the political elites and the governments of the West they dominate fall into utter bankruptcy either through hyperinflation or deflationary collapse, their support will almost completely vanish.
Believe me, if the NWO could choose, they would LOVE to have tons of money rather than all this debt. They could use the money to buy aquiescence and pay the military to protect them. It is emphatically NOT their "plan" to drive the West into bankruptcy. They have the most to lose in a financial collapse, and they wouldn't be fighting so hard to stave off the financial collapse if that were not the case.
Europe has fallen already
The dictatorship is winning this war and the people are brainwashed to believe in socialism and totalitarianism without even knowing it (except for maybe in Iceland).
America is the last chance for freedom.

Not true, have you been
Not true, have you been reading the forums? There are tens of thousands, maybe millions of freedom loving people in Europe. They are waking up, thanks to the freedom of information brought to us by the internet.
America is not the last chance, but I would say it is the best chance.
Sorry that is just not the case
The people here in Europe have been brainwashed for maybe a generation more than the Americans and they now don't even no what freedom and liberty feels like.
They love their dictators in the EU and there is no freedom movement here to speak of.
I hope you can do it in America, it surely is the last chance for freedom in this world.

Ah so you live in the EU?
