See below for a portion of comments from Ron Paul 2012 Campaign Manager John Tate.
“Ron Paul will win the most delegates out of Maine tonight.
“In fact, he will probably even win the ‘beauty contest’ straw poll the media has already called for Mitt Romney – even before all the votes have been tallied.
“In Washington County – where Ron Paul was incredibly strong – the caucus was delayed until next week just so the votes wouldn’t be reported by the national media today.
“Of course, their excuse for the delay was ‘snow.’
“That’s right. A prediction of 3-4 inches – that turned into nothing more than a dusting -was enough for a local GOP official to postpone the caucuses just so the results wouldn’t be reported tonight.
“This is MAINE we’re talking about. The GIRL SCOUTS had an event today in Washington County that wasn’t cancelled!
“And just the votes of Washington County would have been enough to put us over the top.
“This is an outrage. But our campaign is in this race to win, and will stay in it to the very end.
“Congressman Paul’s message of liberty and Constitutional principles is resonating with Americans everywhere who are sick and tired of the status quo establishment, and we plan to take this campaign on to ‘Super Tuesday’ and beyond.”

The bigger question is why isn't the Paul campaign screaming this from the mountaintops? Why. And why didn't I ever get this email?
Might be time to dust off the R.I.C.O. statutes.
It's becoming painfully obvious that this type of action is transcending state lines. If it can be shown an interstate conspiracy is involved there is definitely a chance RICO statutes were violated. Don't hold your breathe though. The current administration knows that the only one with a chance to replace Obama is Paul so it's going to sit on it's hands while one of our most basic and taken for granted rights are violated. The GOP brass would prefer Obama to hold office rather than our choice.

As a concerned voter, I'd like to know how you rectify naming Mitt Romney the winner of the Maine caucus before all of the votes were tallied, or even cast? I was profoundly disillusioned by this seeming lack of professionalism. This may not be a big deal to you, but it certainly is to the voters. Aroostook Votes Totaled?
Paul won Aroostook county, but why is county totaled with a page of zeroed out precincts?
Total vote count for county is 137, which is 3 less than the 2008 vote total of 140.
With a supposed 100% increase in turnout this year total vote count is not reflecting this.
Precinct counts can't be verified from the current GOP spreadsheet.
If turnout doubled in Aroostook from 2008 levels this would leave around 140-150 votes unaccounted for.
Any one have an idea of how turnout was going in Aroostook county?
What to do?
When it finally gets to Indiana, what can voters do to oversea the process so we can keep people honest? Any ideas? Surely we can do something about this fraud!

The GOP, just like the DNC,
The GOP, just like the DNC, need a President that will do their bidding. Not the voters bidding. Romney is the best GOP candidate to do just that. They know that they will have no chance of manipulating anything, with Ron Paul as President. Therefore they must do whatever is necessary to make sure THEIR candidate gets the nomination. It is all about power and who controls it. With Obama, the DNC is in control. With Romney, Gingrich or Santorum, the GOP is in control. With Ron Paul, the people are in control. The truth is simple. But will the truth be told? If the truth is told, will it be heard? If the truth is heard, will it be acted upon? The choice is ours, choose wisely. My vote will only go to Ron Paul. No matter who the GOP nominee is.
So the people need to either:
A. Become the GOP (and one could argue, the DNC)
or
2. Ignore them both and let them die. Imagine only 10% of the people even registered to vote and pure democracy in the form of truly free markets, without the invisible hand of government screwing everything up (FDA raw food raids, "bailouts", inflation, subsidies to giant corporations, "sovereign immunity", and so on...)

I been watching the caucuses. The media has been naming the winner with less then 10% of the vote counted. Then when its close, they stop counting. A few states never certified the results because of this. Now in Maine, Romney was only ahead of Paul by 200 votes and you guessed it. They stopped counting.
Theres been the usual problems like dead people voting. The funny thing is their votes count, while real peoples dont.

I'm not so sure
that there are enough outstanding ballots to have made a difference. Or that these precincts are all that favorable to Dr. Paul. He only won 7% in Washington County in 2008.
