Not Exactly Correct
CFR's are laws, but they are laws for agents working for agencies or involved with federal contracts/programs/benefits/etc. They basically lay out the laws of how the federal government is to operate, as opposed to statutes, which are laws for "persons". They are divided into substantive (those having the force and effect of law) and unsubstantive (those that do not go thru the necessary publication/review process in the Federal Register) regulations.
Don't ever trust anything you "hear" about law. 99% of it is bullshit. Research it and know for yourself, or forget about it. When it comes to law, show your proof and evidence with the appropriate citations, and put it on the table for attack.
I have never even met anyone that can read the "eligibility clause" with literacy.
ps. can't see the video, but the comments deserve a rolleyes smiley. The feds showed who was boss in the Civil War, and have been exercising that authority ever since. Not that I agree with it, but that's the way it is, unless you are ready to reverse the outcome of the Civil War.
