Did you like the Big Government Conservatism of the Bush years?
Submitted by j on Sun, 02/12/2012 - 11:36If so, vote for Rick Santorum!
During the Bush years, Rick Santorum was the third Republican in leadership in the Senate. When he had power and influence, what did he do? He voted for all the big government proposals supported by the establishment.
Rick Santorum voted for No Child Left Behind which doubled the size of the Department of Education. He betrayed Reagan Republicans who propose bringing control of education back to the community.
Rick Santorum voted to increase the debt ceiling 7 times for a total of 3.5 trillion.
Rick Santorum voted in favor of unions by opposing Right To Work, which would have created millions of jobs.
Rick Santorum voted for wasteful spending including the bridge to nowhere, and was the most lobbied Senator.
When Rick Santorum had a choice to fight for small government principles or kowtow to the establishment, Rick Santorum acted like a corrupt Washington insider.
If you want 8 more years of Big Government Conservatism, vote for Rick Santorum.

I can't believe I voted for the guy...
Not once...but twice. :-(
Bush and Santorum
are a great combo, id love to get them together again by shoving one's head up the others ass!
If the history of man teaches anything, it is that the masses don't answer until a catastrophe is beating down the door.
