Submitted by PzldPtrt on Sun, 02/12/2012 - 15:32These unfounded allegations of "fraud" are hurting the campaign more than actual fraud ever could. Every person spouting off about fraud on the daily paul, FB, and other places, instead of making calls to voters is hurting Ron Paul's chances.
Why can't you just be happy and realize that we went from 18% in 2008 to 36% in Maine this year, while Romney fell from 52% to 39%? (and these increases are being seen in every state)
The momentum is growing, but Paul's supporters sound like imbeciles with the constant accusations of fraud with absolutely NOTHING to back it up.
Don't you think that if the campaign thought there was fraud, Dr. Paul and his staff would be speaking up?!
So you advocate just to roll over and accept?
The Founders would be ashamed of us! Nothing to back it up you say? Iowa loses 8 precincts, Wow I guess they just vanished out of thin air. Totals don't match up, photo proof. and now Maine- have to shut some caucuses down do to a possibly of 3-4 inches of snow, so lets caucus at a later date, but wait-they won't count! WHAT IS THIS S____! Are you afraid of the Truth? This is not just another election, this is the survival of our country we are talking about.. So you say we can't even ask questions to what is so blatantly obvious to everyone that this doesn't pass the smell test. Lets look into it and see if the allegations of Fraud are unfounded.

I think is particularly not cognizant of the reality in which the official campaign must operate.
On the contrary, I think the campaign would like us to do the dirty work they cannot even touch.
That is dirty work that is based on a wise decision making process. That is; Not a good idea to go Nuke on every perceived/suspected slight.
However, when clear abuse and corruption is occurring in one of the fundamental pillars supporting a supposed free society of, for, by the people-
That CANNOT be allowed to slip down the memory hole.
Even if that means going NUKE.

Let's say you go to your job for years and years....you work your ass off and have been stashing away your cash for something REALLY special. One day you get home and the back door has been kicked in and your stash is all gone. You now have to start all over and years of hard labor and sacrifice are gone...pretty disgusting isn't it?
THIS is where we're at right now! We've been working our tails off for all these years to get the news out to the public that they're getting f'ed by their government and they don't even know it...that $Trillions of their tax money is missing and they don't know it...We've done a damn-fine job of spreading the bad news, and tens-of-thousands are waking up to the sad reality...and showing their anger by voting for Ron Paul!! The very machine we are fighting against is stealing our stash!!! Going from 18% to 36% is fine...except we really went to 67%!!! (or there abouts). Instead of the landslide victory we earned in Iowa, SC and NV we've been robbed. How in the hell are we supposed to "just be happy" about that? Only dead fish go with the flow. I say we fight this bullshit.

Because it's bullshit.
Maine was rigged. If the totals the GOP in Maine is reporting are correct (which they very possibly aren't), the race is incredibly close. And with almost 20% of the vote remaining to be counted, the true winner is impossible to determine yet. Putting a bow on it and handing it to Romney when it's likely that Paul is the real winner spits in the face of the democratic process.
How do you define fraud?
If I burn to many bridges I'll never get off this awful island.
