true story,

my wife, my parents and myself just finished Chinese takeout. my father, who has been a libertarian since before they had a name for us, opened his fortune cookie and found this saying, "A fine is a tax for doing wrong. A tax is a fine for doing well." Now how the heck did the fortune cookie folks figure this out before the American electorate has?
