According to Doug Wead, there have been memos sent from on high to the precincts to consider for delegates only those applicants who are 40+ in a desperate attempt to weed out the Ron Paul people. If you are under 40, by NO MEANS let that discourage you from trying to become a delegate. Every precinct is different so you need to assume that you'll get picked. Its just simply a call to our 40 and above supporters that we need you now more than ever : )
