Ron Paul Supporters Lead County Republicans at Roundtable Meeting

A young female college student voiced her reasoning why Dr. Paul is the choice for President as did another student. One person spoke who consistently mentioned “conservatives” in his speech, but, left a vague impression by never mentioning what candidate he was supporting.

However, it was the World War II veteran who brought the house down and sent a leadership message to the local Republican establishment. The gentleman explained that he fought in that war for Liberty. He explained how the Patriot Act and NDAA is the threat to the people of this nation by having their Liberty forced from them by our domestic government. The Veteran finished his speech by proclaiming that the only candidate worthy of President and whom he would vote for, was Ron Paul.

The supporters, who made up a sizable portion of the audience, erupted in applause and appreciation for the truthful speaking Veteran.

With examples of both young and elder affirming the direction where our country’s solutions must point to, and with the energy of Liberty in the air, another supporter announced that a straw poll should be held. The effort to seize the moment and gauge the level of American awareness to core causes was stopped when Mr. Langworthy firmly stated that there will be ‘no straw poll now’. Instead of learning what candidates Republican constituents of the county support, a tool that helps in honest decision making was eliminated from the discourse.

Veteran Speaks of Paul

I've been thinking lately that it would serve well,if Paul had a veteran on stage with him at every stump,and let them speak about the foreign policy issues.That would definitely get the attention of the 50+ voters.
