Revolution PAC & RonPaulGrassroots deleting Ron Paul Youtube videos for "copyright"

Today I was reviewing Youtube videos in my favorites and I noticed dozens of really good videos missing. There seems to be a renewed effort by media corporations to delete videos for "copyright," simply because a video might contain something that is copyrighted. Though I am disappointed that people are probably not defending their right to fair use, I was not surprised to see a renewed censorship effort by media.

What I did not expect is to see Ron Paul videos and channels deleted due to Revolution PAC and RonPaulGrassroots. Any video which I had Favorited was definitely a good pro-Ron Paul video. It's shameful to see Revolution PAC and RonPaulGrassroots stooping to the same level of the giant media corporations, especially when the videos and channels they are having deleted are pro-Ron Paul.

Fight any and all copyright claims! Apparently you have to do this even for footage from groups which proclaim to be for liberty now. If you are using copyrighted material do not enable revenue sharing, nor monetize your videos for ads. Choose Educational for your channel type. You have a fair use right to use any copyrighted material for nonprofit educational, commenting, and even criticism purposes if you defend yourself.

I filmed every one of them with my own hand, and own them all. They cannot be removed for 'copyright violation' because they are MINE! heh heh

I did remove one video I took at a Concert for Ron Paul (that we staged) that the Artist requested because he signed a contract with a label that now owned his 'music'.

I know there were a couple ron paul videos that had porn inserted (probably by supporters of other candidates) - maybe it is related to something like that. I'm sure they aren't trying to limit the reach of their own ads...

By why have Ron Paul supporter videos deleted? That is very lame.

I was thinking of donating to them since I maxed out on the campaign, but if they're going to be copyright sticklers with real Ron Paul grassroots videos, then I'm less interested.

Maybe they don't want their videos edited to be perverted by an opposition group.
Maybe they have signed agreements with people in the videos and are bound to some kind of protection.

I don't know.

The main thing is they are available and can be added to hundreds of thousands of people's favorites lists.
