In Black Hawk County where Ron Paul won, state delegates are already being chosen. Before I even found out, most of the slots were already chosen by non Ron Paul supporters! This wasn't supposed to happen until the convention! At least this was my understanding! They are robbing us of our victory! I don't know who to notify about this! I'd bet money the GOP is doing this everywhere to take Ron Paul's victory away right before our eyes.
Also, my friend and his daughter, who are both Black Hawk County delegates from Cedar Falls, IA went to the GOP man who is running this (Greg Tagtoe) home to give him their $50 checks and their letter to become state delegates. They were later sent an email saying they were not even delegates at all and thus couldn't be on the list. After an argument and providing check numbers from the fee taken at the caucus, they were finally allowed to become state delegates. I don't know how many Ron Paul supporters are being turned away! This may have been an honest mistake... Who knows? Either way, by the time we found out they were signing up delegates early, the slots were almost all taken.
This is breaking. I don't know who to tell about this. Please pass it on to someone who can/will do something about it. This may be happening in every state! Please don't ignore this! This is no joke!

Then those delegates meet and vote and decide who will move on to the next level.

I am a delegate but...
I am a delegate. I was chosen in my precinct at the Iowa caucus. My understanding was that we would meet and vote who will move on March 10th, like you said, but now I found out they are taking them first come, first serve by taking/mailing a $50 check to this GOP guys house. We just found out about this and most of the slots are already taken by non Ron Paul supporters. (Seems as if they populated the list with their GOP buddies before letting anyone know about it)

hopefully the campaign will know what to do. the party is private until the federal election, they can cheat and its not illegal. i guess keep your receipt and document everything. will overwhelm them with receipts and they will look like they're trying to steal the delegate seat.
if they cheat us then Ron will no doubt go independent and have a decent chance unlike nader who lacked the independent votes. This time the independent vote is strongest in history. Either way Rons gonna win.

There are millions of dollars being spent on this "private party". Don't you think there are contracts, rules, and regulations setup between the GOP and the candidtates? Do you think that the people donating would donate if the GOP could "cheat". Doesn't seem to me that cheating would be legal.

This is the official Maine GOP vote count. The numbers are WRONG.
My town - Belfast in Waldo County - is NOT listed.
Belfast is listed as "0" as are others in my County. There are a lot of towns - I think it's 28 - and only 6 towns with vote counts.
The Maine GOP is using the sum on this sheet to determine the win and also the percentage.
There are other votes missing, besides my town.
This is PROOF that the determination for the win was made on false numbers."

You can bet that's gonna happen. a bunch of people showed up last week, and all but one were Paul supporters. They sent us home telling us the caucus was POSTPONED, not that we were being "cut". We learned that later when we heard Charlie Webster say that Washington County's votes would not be counted, and that his announcement of last Saturday's "total" was a wrap.

There was a lot of background manipulation going on at the Portland Caucus than met the eye. If you were paying attention to the stage, it might not have been noticed. But for onlookers, the nods and nudges were clear.
The 'Bush' supporters - the Olympia crowd - were in charge. And that's too bad because the GOP should have learned that the young people in attendance just happen to be the future of the Maine GOP. Of course, if they are ignored, the GOP will fall back into oblivion for another 40+ years in Maine.

This news must be heard throughout this country! Romney didn't win Maine. With Ron Paul's stronghold in Washington County, which will hold caucus this week, Paul will surely win when 100% of Maine is reported. Romney came in SECOND, end of story.
