I Don't believe or Trust the PPP

Does anyone know how the PPP get their info?
Where the PPP get their numbers for their Vote count?

Unless I'm missing something, I can't see where we the people can Vote in this so called PPP
If in fact WE The People can't Vote in the PPP then, it's rigged.
And if we can't Vote in it, then, why do so many talk about it like it's the true source of online Votes?

I don't think you understand

PPP is a polling firm. They try to estimate what election results would be by calling a random sample of phone numbers from a given area. They have to only ask selected random people in order to have a sample they can use to accurately extrapolate to the wider voting population.

I'm not sure what you mean by vote counts or true source of online votes.

probably a generation gap difference

I think that there is a huge generational gap between the two methods of polling. I know I don't have a landline to my house because both my with wife and I have cellphones as our primary phones and polls don't call cell phones, especially since ours are different area codes and most my friends have only cell phones. The main generation which supports RP does so through online polls but Romney supporters a much less likely to even know what websites to go to or how to open the internet. Just saying, I wouldn't trust either online or phone polls...only way to really tell who is winning is through voting (which even that has been proven to have major security vulnerabilities and can easily be tampered with). You would think with how easily American Idol or any other reality show can get a winner our political process would have been upgraded by now.

What is it with propagating

What is it with propagating the myth that polls don't include cell phones? Of course they do. This does not help.

That's not true

Many polling firms call cell phones. They all use different methodologies, but there are plenty that generate random phone numbers in a given area to call and thus are equally likely to call every number, cell or landline, listed or unlisted.

You're right that people who have phone numbers with different area codes are going to be skipped over and those can only be cell phone users.

However, polls have tended to be very good at estimating Ron Paul's support. Even in places where no one alleges any issues with voting such New Hampshire and South Carolina.

uh...

PPP is probably doing phone polling. You don't "go vote" in phone polls; you either get called or not. It's not up to you.

This has been the usual method of polling for decades. Web-based "opt-in" or "on demand" polling (my terms; I think they're accurate in meaning but I have no idea if they're popularly used in this context) is relatively new and has always been regarded as less accurate.

What is begun in anger, ends in shame.

Ron Paul leads by huge gaps in

most online polls that you, me and everyone else can vote in and all others almost always show Ron Paul in 4th, 3rd or second place at best and therefore I do Not trust those "so called" polls. PPP is IMO another rigged poll and should Not be taken seriously.
If I can’t Vote in it or find the way to Vote in it, it’s controlled/rigged.
