Dylan Ratigan: The Answers are at the Community Level

Ratigan is interviewed by Gary Null who starts with a 20-minute laundry list of the problems. At around minute 20, Ratigan cuts to the chase. At about minute 30 Ratigan shows the real solutions are at the community level and one-on-one personal relationships. He does a beautiful job of showing how local works infinitely better than federal bureaucracy:

I haven't posted in a long time but Dylan Ratigan was fascinating.

He starts talking at the 30 minute mark.
