Santorum earning delegates over phone?

Delegates

I live in southern Utah. Just received phone call explaining delegate process, and why delegates are so important in beating Obama. I was asked "press one to vote Rick Santorum, or press 9 to unsubscribe". No other options available. It was a computer recording. Claiming to be a verbal petition with the goal of acquiring an x amount number of signatures.

You are lucky to have two choices under Stalin there would be just one candidate on the ballot with 98% voting for him and the 2% going to the Gulag on next trains.
