New York Times comments section Trollz. lulz.

"I take no pleasure in seeing what many have viewed as the Republican Party shooting itself in the foot by gravitating toward an unelectable extremist. Even if they have no chance of winning the election, these people and their ideology should be marginalized, not nourished. They are part of the disease that is dividing the people of this country and sowing seeds of hatred and intolerance for Americans.

As the right wing makes noise, the left has moved to the center to accommodate them. Foolishly, if I dare say, because that allows obstruction and filibuster to become the natural order. What has made America strong for over two hundred years has been the push/pull of liberal and conservative values and the moderation of the extreme positions. I miss the interplay of conservatives who knew how to gain by compromise and who placed the needs of the country above the needs of their party. That species appears to have become endangered, if not already extinct.

We, as a people, have much more in common than we have dividing us, and our nation's best interest lies in our getting along and working together."

Sounds like a federal worker, eh?

Sounds like a Federal worker,

Sounds like a Federal worker, eh?

No, it just sounds like someone without a clue.

Compromise is not what made our country strong, liberty and freedom are what have made our country strong. How can anyone in the right mind compromise aways rights and freedoms?

What the left call "center"

is still the 'far left' by anyone else's standard. They just keep sliding what they think the "center" is further and further 'left'.

The government is in virtually every aspect of our daily lives. THAT is extreme. It's pieces of shit like that who won't last ten minutes when SHTF.
