Rasmussen has RP at 14% and 3rd in NH!

This is the first pure post-Iowa poll from a major pollster. If it is correct, Ron Paul has twice the support among hard-core Republicans in NH than he did 2 weeks ago:

He has also passed Huckabee and Giuliani convincingly. I think those double digits in Iowa made him appear to be viable, and Fox's forum exclusion coupled with the NH GOP's pullout from the event have made him appear to be a viable anti-establishment maverick. Can't wait for Tuesday!

Not to burst your bubble or anything, but the latest Zogby poll has RP in 5th place with only 7%. Realclearpolitics has all the latest polls. On average, RP ranks in 4th place with about 10% of the NH vote.

I think if RP ranks 4th in the primary, it should be considered a success. Anything above that would be even better.

The latest Zogby poll is not

The latest Zogby poll is not a pure post-Iowa poll.

Actually, my mistake, you're

Actually, my mistake, you're right about that. This is the only full post-Iowa poll to come out. I really think Paul beating out Giuliani in such a handy fashion in Iowa is going to help him in New Hampshire.

I really want to see the other polls now. I think I heard the next Zogby poll is due out tomorrow, so we shall see if this 3rd place translates across several different polls. The MSM is going to have to cover these polls, and if Paul is ending up in 3rd, it's going to be big news.
