...when you turn the idea of foreign aid into a right. It's pretty much expected today that the US needs to send foreign aid to everyone, when in fact it should be sending it to noone. This is the same thing that happens in the society when you teach it for decades that you have right that the government should take care of your children, you have the right to free housing, you have the right to free this and free that.
