Election fraud should be criminally prosecuted

This is a matter for the cops/Feds. And apparently they are too busy SWAT-ing Amish dairy farmers.

Hey Y'all, give Bangor Daily News some shout out!

The Bangor Daily News really has been on top of this issue. Show them some love.

And, keep the pressure on ME GOP, especially that idiota Chucky Webster, who deludes you basically need to have a car to be able to vote,

and the historically amnesic imbecile thinks it's high time to have "poll tax" except I don't think he's bright enough to know that it wouldn't be a first time, nor does he understand that poll taxes are UnConstitutional!

Perhaps Webster's just a well meaning imbecile, or a lunatic, or both:

And check out Eric Russell's attached interview on the article page.

Predictions in due Time...

"Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it's realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy." - Dr. Ronald Ernest Paul

Well, since that was my motion -

I need to clarify. There were 5 of us who were RP supporters present.
The rest were whoever. It appeared that everyone was disgusted with Charlie W and that was good. BUT there was opposition to "Removal" as opposed to "Censure" which is basically a slap on the hand, which was what I proposed.

It was unfortunate. It was taken to a vote. Only those with standing could vote. Well, you know that goes. Most of them were status quo GOP. Although it amiable.
The guy mentioned below in the thread, with the quote - Aaron Prill - he is not a RP guy.

My feeling is that Charlie Webster ought to be Tarred and Feathered.

From my FB page:
At our Waldo County GOP meeting last night there were more than usual amount of people. There were 5 Ron Paul supporters that I know. The dismay of the actions of Charlie Webster were supported by everyone. I got some feedback from Dan Davis in our group and put this together to present at the meeting.
The motion passed BUT with an amendment to change the "Removal from Office" to "Censure" that was voted on by those who could vote. Those opposed were not happy about that amendment. A "Censure" is basically nothing more than a slap on the wrist. It was very disappointing. The reasoning behind it was that CW's term is up in May and that the Maine State Convention is also in May and it was just too much to happen at that time.
I was asked by Ray St. Onge who is the Maine GOP Waldo County Chairman to write up what I spoke about and he was going to write a letter and it would be discussed at the next Maine GOP meeting.

This is what I wrote to Ray. Although it will be changed to "Censure." Maybe this will help other counties do the same. BUT I would stand up for "Removal" and not "Censure."

"I would like to put a motion on the floor that Waldo County representation to file a complaint against Charlie Webster and will vote for his 'No Confidence' stature and "Removal from Office " within 30 business days. The formal vote requires 30 days notice and requires 2/3 of the room to agree with. We need 10 County Committee Chairs to support (or to have 2/3 of their representatives support) this motion and 4 of the 16 counties for his removal to occur.
I would also like to include in the motion that the reasoning behind this is that the actions and words of Charlie Webster constitute voter suppression and poll manipulation and is inexcusable.
We must stay civil and neutral, regardless of who we favor. The simple point is, the GOP no longer represents its registered voters if it believes it can suppress our right and our choice and to manipulation the political process. Someone has to be held accountable and Charlie Webster made a choice to speak false information to the media that has an effect on all of us across the land. The integrity of the Maine GOP and the National GOP is at stake and it is in their best interest to salvage their party or it will be destroyed as quickly as it was brought into power here in Maine. We must have representatives who adhere to the platform.
The actions of Charlie Webster are dishonest, deceitful and underhanded. He must be removed from office immediately."

Ron Paul is My President

Good going Sunny!

Thanks for doing something here. We all need to be involved because it's our counrty though not all of us live in Maine. Demand Jail time!!! This is NO LIGHT MATTER As you know!

My feeling is that there is

My feeling is that there is PLENTY enough evidence for this man to be aRRESTED for vote tampering, election fraud, and at least one other charge. He can go to court and see if there is enough evidence for conviction--but for arrest, there is surely enough..

I say put this bugger in Jail....

That's all.

Good Work Sunny Girl!

I completely agree with your points.

Not to mention how it affects the campaign as a whole, lost time, money momentum, etc, etc...

Charlie Webster

said it's only a beauty contest. If he truly believes that it was "just a beauty contest" then why did he feel it was necessary to cheat? He is clearly not a man to be trusted and anyone who fails to see that is also not to be trusted.

This contest is turning into a challenge to the integrity of the Republican Party and the election systems of the United States as a whole since it is difficult to believe that this sort of behaviour is confined to the Republicans.

The fact that many of the people of Maine are outraged is good. It means that their own sense of propriety is offended and therefore still intact. This is why I say that anyone who cannot see that Charlie Webster is not a man to be trusted is also not to be trusted.

I believe that anyone who is not offended by these events has an insensitive conscience and is likely to be easily involved in political intrigue. The man who objected to a vote of no confidence is just such a man and I am disappointed that he was able to convince a majority of participants at that meeting to water down their decision.

"Jesus answered them: 'Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin. The slave does not remain in the house forever; the son remains forever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.'" (John 8:34-36)

GOP: Time to reclaim your integrity!

You got that right about a challenge to the integrity of the GOP. If this is left to stand with no more than a slap on the wrist for Charlie, you lose a large chunk of independents who won't get involved with disreputable organizations. If Webster is left in power, the GOP is telling every other dishonest party member that you have the support of the party to do this sort of thing.

GOP, clean up your house, or it all goes down the tubes!

http://riseforliberty.com/ For May 17 Money Bomb!

This story at it's foundation is about honesty and integrity

Ron Paul has it, but the GOP obviously does not.

Censure?? Censure? BS.....He needs to

go to JAIL. The author wants him to keep his job...he's sticking up for him.

St. Onge...

St. Onge argued for censuring vs. a demand that Webster step down.

Then he exclaims that "We have no faith in the man." Then why keep him in office?

And I thought common sense was common...

The GOP idea of postponing till after Super Tuesday is~~

egregious in every respect!

This is legally called, "damages". Short of murder, the national GOP is doing everything possible to ruin Dr. Paul's chances of winning even one friggin' state. They are so afraid of the momentum it would create. You know, they must be even MORE AFRAID of that than Santorum taking it from Romney!

ELECTION ENGINEERING & DAMAGES go hand in glove with this lawsuit against the GOP.

Good article

“Let’s get this cleared up before Super Tuesday makes this all irrelevant,” said Prill.

Smart kid!

Voter Disenfranchisment

This kind of thing does anger voters.

Of course, it was still just a straw vote, and that's as it should be. Nominees should be chosen by those who make the extra effort and have done their homework, not casual voters.

Didn't I see somewhere that the total for the 18 cacuses were lumped together in one? In which case, they're on the spreachsheet under the name of one town, or was that somewhere else?

What do you think? http://consequeries.com/

That was Aroostook

Most Waldo towns were excluded from the count entirely. I believe the stated reason was that a coordinator called in consolidated numbers for the super-caucus but didn't break them down by town. Odd, since Aroostook is reported the same way. In any case, the net gain for Paul was not large. We still need to win Washington big on Saturday.
