ABC debate: how to watch?

Sit facing monitor.
Turn on set.
Tune in local ABC affiliate at 7pm EST (6pm CST, 5pm MST, 4pm PST, or 2pm IST (for my Hawaiian friends)).
Adjust volume.
Try to relax.

Other suggestions: try to have a soothing or stimulating beverage close at hand to help you get through the more obnoxious moments (I recommend whiskey and ice, you may choose beer, wine, cola, or a good stiff joint.) Also have something soft and light weight that you can throw at the screen for the inevitable moment when idiot moderator or statist slug competitor says something egregiously foul. Playful violence can be cathartic, but you want to be sure you don't do permanent damage to your video set or other nearby furniture. Try not to scream so much as to frighten the neighbors or your pets (my cat doesn't even like it when I sneeze).
Do have fun, and remember. we have a long way to go so don't wear yourself out sprinting the first lap around the track.
